Customer Service is absolutely amazing. You wont get someone from overseas who has absolutely no idea who you are and reads off a script and asks you to reboot your modem for the 40000x.

They’re local, they’re supportive. If you have issues, they’ll help you ASAP. I rarely have outages, maybe once a month and it’s short lived.

The 25mbps up and down is enough to watch 4K and game without lag. It also works fine for remote work. I have heard rumors of possibly upping the speed in priority boosts and I would pay extra for that, but so far I haven’t heard that’s available.

These guys are EVERYTHING that you want in an Internet Provider--knowledgeable and friendly with great Internet service. We just had their service installed about 2 months ago and everything has been great--from the install to the actual service. Adam did our install and it was clean and flawless. He even removed the equipment from our old provider so that we could send it back. He is very knowledgeable, too--way more than any of the field techs at bigger ISPs who I've dealt with.

The actual service lives up to what you pay for. Their notifications for maintenance and (very) rare outages are great too. You definitely can't go wrong with these guys. They're a gem in the ISP business.

We arrived at our home in Gunnison on July 3rd to find our internet was not working. We called around 1:00 pm, thinking due to the 4th of July holiday we would not be able to get someone to come out until the 5th. Xtream had someone at our house within an hour with all the parts needed to fix the issue!! Great customer service!!!

Like the service, works well and is somewhat fast. My only complaint is that installation was $200. Seems a little steep in my opinion. Plus $80 a month for only 25 mbps is a tad ridiculous as well. But the person who did my installation was very nice and helpful and I would recommend this company regardless of my opinions on the pricing.

Recently, Xtream installed internet service to my cabin in the Gunnison forest. This replaced my old satellite service (which was worse than horrible but the only option until now) with a fast and responsive connection. We are in a remote location and Xtream performed multiple tests to ensure they could deliver before I signed up.

I found Andy and all the rest of the team to be knowledgeable, skilled, and thorough in their work. I am more that happy with the internet connection and every interaction I've had with their team. It was a pleasure to engage a company that gives such exceptional customer service. It is good to know if/when I need help I will be working with a local support tech instead of someone overseas. I wish more companies understood the value of good customer service as Xtream does. These are good people who care and do it right!

We signed up 3 months ago and are very happy with this service. They have been great about responding to our calls and working through the few problems we've encountered. Automated Billing, and e-statements are easy to set up, and service has been continuous throughout the unusual winter weather we've all been enjoying.

Reliable service to our rural Castle Rock ranch, consistent ping in the 2-digit spectrum, consistent speeds above 23MBps Up & Down, no throttling, no cap, no limit to downloads. As customer, I am extremely satisfied and as a member of a community Association, will make sure our neighborhood residents can acquire the best Internet signal in rural Colorado! Xtream Internet is the powerful small business to compare with!
Edit to add: Still consistently the best speeds and data downloads. We have begun saving money due to the expansive amount of content on the internet versus satellite television. We have reduced our subscription package down to the bare minimum saving over $60 monthly. Also we have ported our phone to a VoIP service which saves another $20 monthly over what we were paying. edited 02/19/2019.

Low latency, Stable, great bandwidth... Three things I never imagined could happen in a rural area. They deliver it at its finest. Streaming 4k HDR with an atmos track, easy. Low latency competitive gaming, easy. The customer service is the best in the business, and the best I've had with any utility company by such a large margin that you really have to experience it to understand.
