This is the first review I've ever taken the time to thoughtfully transpire, so yes, this will be good 🙂
My family and I broke down 1,300 miles from home in our new 2021 Thor Quantum RV. There wasn't a Ford shop within a 50 miles radius who could fit us in their bay or get us in before 2-3 weeks. This was for a recalled Power Steering Pressure Line part. This CAT shop in Spokane, WA were not just the only ones to try and help us promptly, but they even let us camp at their front doors, plug into power and fill with water. They are a human centered and customer first business model with the talent to finally get us home! My twin daughters were even able to make the last 2 hours of 4th grade to say 'goodbye' to all their friends. We will forever be grateful! Thank You!

Great place! They helped us in an emergency while on the road with our rv. We were at our wits end. Leaving spokane freightliner and still overheating. They fixed our overheating problem in under 2 hours. But thanks to Cat we were on our way to Montana! Made it back home with no overheating problem. It just needed steam cleaned.

I spent 42,200 having Western States rebuild the 2WS in my truck, it made it less than 300 miles before the first breakdown, they left bolts out of my truck, the engine was never right, and 8000 miles in it started using mass quantities of oil blowing it out the stack and leaking it out of the block.

I spent over 10 grand of my own money troubleshooting this engine, it was never right, eventually I lost my lease because the truck would not perform and was covering what ever was on my trailer with oil.

Ultimately I lost my business and my livelihood because Western States screwed up my rebuild even after having the truck for 3 weeks longer than they had told me it was going to take to rebuild my engine.

When I went to them with this information Larry simply stonewalled me refusing to take my phone calls or answer emails.

Despite having purchased a Platinum CAT warranty I still got burned by a bad rebuild. It is my opinion that they never had any intention of honoring that warranty.

They were completely unhelpful and lied to me several times through this process.

The bottom line is they used to be a good shop, now they will just screw you.

That is my opinion anyways!
