The staff were very respectful, polite, friendly and professional. They were capable of more extensive testing than other acute care centers I have visited. The equipment is very modern and the facility is larger than it looks from the outside. I will definitely go there again if needed.

Hello, I am really happy and thank you to the whole team, the doctors, nurses, and they take good care of people. They are wise. There is no better place than West Valley Emergency and St. Mark's Hospital. Even though I don't speak English, I got good translation services. If it were up to this hospital, no one would ever die from illness. I arrived with really bad pain. Thanks to the team, today I can say that the pain is almost over.

Although everyone was nice, nobody actually explained anything to me. I was given a prescription and sent on my way.. no tips on how to relief anything or explanation of any of my lab results. I didn’t have the chance to ask questions. If just felt like I was occupying space to them.

I went there 6 months ago.... Left with no help, diagnosis or anything, had to help myself of course. $1300 later paid in full! Then another bill randomly comes $1000 for WHAT!?!? Oh I guess they decide somehow that 6 months later they were "waiting to see if I would get any discounts or something" is what she said... UMMM I know my insurance and what I paid so how you going to put a NEW acct number on someone and send them a bill?! I really thought I was being scammed... Shows why NOBODY wants to go to the doctor or trust any of you.?!

I prefer going here to St Marks West Valley Emergency than any other emergency place in West Valley because the staff are knowledgeable and kind and I trust the care they will give me. They are professional and work well together as a team to access your needs and address the issue you are having.

We went in at referral for my sister and the care team there was great. They were cracking jokes and making my sister feel comfortable. They got so much done in little time. It was the shortest visit I've ever experienced at the ER. The wait to be discharged did take a while but everyone was great especially RN Max for helping us out. Dr Cowley was incredibly nice and didn't pressure my sister into doing anything that wasn't necessary. The visit overall was great.
