I will NEVER go to this location again. I waited an hour and a half to be seen. We ended up leaving because it took so long. The employee had us make an appointment for 2pm the next day, when I showed up at 2 i still waited 20 minutes to be seen. We were told I needed to be an account holder in order for me to upgrade my phone. This has never been a thing, and does not say anywhere on their app that i need to be an account holder. After i was made an account holder they then told me it wasn’t showing up on their end. After we FINALLY got things figured out, I ordered my phone. I specially asked if i am required to sign for my package as i work during the day. I was told i probably won’t need to sign but if i do they will try to deliver the package 3 times and if all are unsuccessful it will be delivered to a UPS station. Keep in mind i paid an extra $10 for 2 days shipping. I can’t get through to a real person so i used verizon’s stupid online assistance. They told me any package over $75 has a required signature and after 3 unsuccessful attempts they will cancel my delivery. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I contacted UPS and there’s nothing they can do because verizon put restrictions on MY package. I am so sick of verizon and dealing with them the last few days. Will likely change my phone provider to someone else i am sick of the incompetence.

I went to the store with my parents and my boyfriend. My boyfriend doesn’t speak English and we happened to be set up with an employee that speaks Spanish as well. He was buying a new phone with Verizon and leaving T-Mobile. He needed to get his phone transferred over and we told the guy to not sell him any accessories because we were going to buy it elsewhere and he said “ok.” We come back an hour later and the guy upsold my boyfriend a case and screen protector for $130 AFTER we told him to not sell him anything else besides the phone. The guy never gave my boyfriend a receipt when I went back in to return it. It also turns out their “system was down” so I couldn’t get a direct refund. They told me I could either get a check mailed or file a claim. I claimed a claim and it’s been over 3 weeks and we haven’t received the refund as of October 25th because it takes 15 business days. I’m very disappointed as my family have been a customer of Verizon for 16 years.

This place is just terrible, we spend 3-6 hours every month to top up our phones. We travel for 3 days to solve this problem. And we sit in line for 3 hours. Sorry, but we don't have time for that. Accounts do not work, constant problems with communication. I do not recommend this place.

First of all I am NOT a Verizon customer. My friends were having issues with their phones. They are not tech savvy at all so they went to the store. The store made some "adjustments" to their phones after failing to get them to purchase new phones. The next month their bill arrived and it had increased $44 after having been the same bill monthly for three or four years. They were very frustrated at this point and asked that I look over the bill. It appeared they had gone over their allotted amount of data for the month. They were under the impression they had unlimited data but be that as it may, they had never gone over and been charged for data in all the years they have been with Verizon. (at least 7 years). They asked that I go to the store with them as they felt like they were getting a run around because they couldn't understand what they were being told. So, we went to the store and without requesting it, had the manager step in to handle the issue. I thought this was odd since no one had requested the manager. After showing the bill and asking why suddenly the bill had gone up, the manager asked to see the phones. One of them had been taken off wifi calling which put the phone on "data only" in the settings! They do not mess with their settings, as I said they are very unsavvy tech wise! I actually don't think they even know what settings are or what they do! It was brought to the manager's attention that the month before their phones were "adjusted" by an employee so the change must have happened then. Of course the manager denied this saying they "don't do that" yet in front of us, proceeded to put the phone back into "wifi " calling. Magically this month, their bill is back to it's normal amount. I don't know how franchising works in this situation. It would seem to me that data money goes directly to Verizon with no "cut"/ commission to the store. This could have been an error on the part of the employee that adjusted the settings but reading some of the comments and reviews, I'm leaning toward corporate instruction. The employees we dealt with were great. We asked for and got quotes for unlimited data in writing. They did fix "the problem". With no proof of who did in fact change the settings on the phone, user or employee, they did not offer a discount on the bill. I think at this stage in the game, I wouldn't be trusting of Verizon corporate. The store was fine.
