The staff was friendly , helpful and efficient. The condo was clean and beautiful and fit our family of 6 plus our pets very comfortably , the neighborhood was beautiful and very close to everything we needed. The only thing we struggled with was entering the code to unlock the door. That took some patience but we loved our stay there and wished we could have stayed longer.

This vacation home was beautiful!! The fact it was in a gated community was also amazing. You had horse trails for a fee, you could visit the light house, the boardwalk and shops, go kayaking, bike riding or a simple walk. Carolina coffee crumbs was one of the best coffee spots with beach blanket coffee that was to die for (it's an alcoholic beverage) Also Georgia was 1hr away which was beneficial. Staff was very nice and was available if needed.

TurnKey went above and beyond with any concern we had. Even changing out air filters and vents before our arrival at mere mention we had a family member with asthma. I give them an AAA+ rating! The unit in Harbour Town we stayed in was fantastic!! Had everything we needed and convenient to everything in Sea Pines! I would look for a TurnKey rental for any stay in the future!

Turnkey was easy and totally on line, which I love! They left very detailed emails on our stay. I would gladly book through them again. This unit 1214 Beach city Hilton Head SC has been recently remodeled and was very nice. The rest of the building could have used some regular upkeep though. Cleaning looked good on the surface but when looking for a toy under the sofa there was tons of dirty and trash. Had a roach on the patio door but did not see Evidence of them anywhere else. Pest control has came almost two months prior to our visit. The unit 1214 was decorated in a very nice modern motif. Washer and dryer was new and the on line photos had not been updated to reflect this. However; Turkey posted that check out was 10 am. The house keeping lady started knocking on our door at 9:15 and stood outside our door until we left! How rude! I paid for that last hour!

Our rental was clean. However, the air conditioner only worked for the living area of the rental and not for the sleeping area. This made getting a good night sleep impossible because of the humidity. However, the beds and linens were clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that although, TurnKey provided a coffee maker that needed coffee pods. We did not bring coffee pods because we like to make a whole pot for the family. However, we did bring our own rapid boil tea kettle so we were able to use freeze dried coffee. Again, the rental was clean and in a good location for the price. Make certain that you pack enough toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies if you plan to stay more than two nights. TurnKey does provide a "starter pack" of toilet paper and paper towels that will last a family of four for two nights. So long as you are prepared for everything past the first two nights and do not need air conditioning whilst you sleep, this would be a good value for a family of four to six.

I called two days before arrival to have the pool heated, since the weather was going to be a bit chilly. The heater was not turned on until the scheduled day of arrival, which meant we had to wait 48 hours for the temperature to rise. This is really my only complaint. The house was amazing and it is located within walking distance to the docks, playground and petting zoo. My grandchildren enjoyed their stay and the children enjoyed the game room.

We rented a full size home in Shipyard. It was just what we expected from the pictures except for some mechanical issues and unforeseen problems.
We call Turnkey right away, they took care of what we needed in a very timely manner. Once was even late at night,they had a repair person there within the hour. We were very pleased with how they handled the situation. When you rent you never are quite sure how good the support will be,or they will give you the run around. We are happy to report Turnkey is very helpful, and professional.

0 STARS NEVER USE - Drove from CA, had my reservation booked a month in advance. I messaged at 12 the day of check in to see if my family (pregnant wife, two dogs and three kids) could do early check in and they declined, ok no problem. Then an hour later I get a message that the reservation is cancelled!! We were stranded and this company didn’t care, offered a measly 10% off for a future stay. Meanwhile we had to scramble, no place on the island allowed dogs with 5 people. We had to board the dogs an extra $600 expense, it took us 5 hours to figure something out. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!!!
