Had an interview today at the clinic for a medical office job and Dr Lu was really respectful during the interview. I felt comfortable and understood. Even though I did not land the job due to not fitting the high paced environment, I still felt like I walked away with a valuable lesson. Very nice.

恶劣的态度，糟糕的医生，千万别去这个诊所。他们只想着赚钱，并不关心病人的健康与需求。只想做一些无关紧要的检查，好多赚一些钱，真正需要他们做的，却一直推脱，不负责任。

I have been using their services well over ten years - before they move to this new office/location. They were great and took good care of me. For the past couple of years, I have noticed how their services have gone down in quality - they basically are trying to get in as many patients as they can per day. This meant for lesser quality service or care per patient seen. Whenever I go, I have noticed how they quickly rushed me in and out of the office. This is not saying the wait is short; it’s the talk with the doctors or nurse that’s quick and over with; not letting you explain about your ailments. Not much other things to be said really. Maybe to them - it is deemed as efficient - since the headcounts is parallel to capital. Honestly, personally I think its an abysmal approach to patient care.

2023 update:
Oh, how this place has gone downhill. I used to go to a girl doctor here (the last door) when I was visiting about once a month due to severe eczema in 2019/2020. Since I've been switching jobs and moving and trying to figure out my life. I have been going to various doctors for the past 2 years after COVID-19. I only visited since it's a block away from my house and I needed a prescription refill. Not a lecture.

The male doctor in the 2nd room told me I was lying and making up stories because I didn't know my doctor's name. I didn't come here for that. Bro, I don't even know your name, yet you're here filling my prescription. I didn't even know the female doctor that I saw for about a year straight in 2019/2020 (every month in the last room at this same place name). How are you going to tell me I'm lying because I don't know my doctor's name? And why would I lie about going to the doctor?

Apparently, you are not credible and lie if you don't know the exact date, address, and name of each and every doctor you go to.

He told me to go to another doctor, guess I will. Hope they replace him soon, don't think he's good for business.

There was a reason there was a LONG wait for the other doctor and not him.

2019:
The individuals at reception always seem exhausted and tired. The staff is knowledgeable about diagnosing you and prescribing your medication. They also take the time to explain the pros and cons of the items they prescribe.

There is always a long wait (every day) if you don't come right when it opens. I've waited over an hour during weekdays. The only days/times that there isn't a long wait in the middle of the day is when it's pouring rain. It's very difficult to find free parking in the area, but there are paid parking spots in front of the office on 8th Ave most times.

Tl;dr - knowledgeable doctors, long wait

医生和护士很耐心，但前台行政水平太糟糕以至于无力吐槽。说好会电话联系报告结果，等了n久电话，打过去询问说需要付钱才能听，尽管上次医生见都没见过，到诊所去只是自己做了个新冠测试。
这家机构每次服务收费说法前后都不一致，无语至极，大概是不差钱的，对病人这么糟糕也可以。不会再去看这门诊了，当然他们这样的态度看来也不缺我一个病人。
