I went into this location several months ago, 20 minutes to closing when there was no other customers around. I parked my pickup at the entrance, angled to the door and partially in the handicapped spot (I had a handicapped placard) and went in to grab several dozen large boxes. The staff told me to "move over and straighten my truck" even though I was not impeding anyone or anything. They refused to assist in any way and spent more time arguing with me about the truck rather than letting me just buy the boxes and leave.

I have had many issues with the staff at this location, such as missing supplies, improper charges, improper equipment, and overall, It seems I have to do thier job for them. The GM (Stacy I think her name is) Doesn't know or doesn't care about Uhauls own policies and is overall rude, disgruntled, and doesn't seem to care about the quality of the location, staff, customer service, or equipment.

Despite owning a local moving company, constantly renting weekly from many uhaul locations, and a CDL on top of that, I get hassled about renting and constantly argue with the staff at this specific location.

Save yourself time, stress, and hassle and go down sprague to the other Uhaul location. The staff at the Indiana location know what they are doing. Better yet, go to enterprise truck rentals.

Foul, awful, annoying, all the above. First my quote online says $70. I go in for pickup they want $90 with no upgrades etc… then I come back for drop off and they want $130. I ask why the quotes are different the guy said “ all our online quotes are wrong” I said “so all the quotes you give out are wrong” he just says “I don’t know” ahh yes very fine display of knowledge. Don’t waste your time here. Truck was banged up and dirty upon pickup anyways. This place can taste my chocolate starfish.

The issue wasn't with the location. When I returned the truck I rented after driving a total of 14 miles, I put in 2.4 gallons of gas. When I took a picture of the gauge and uploaded it, the system said I owed over $20 for gas. Obviously ridiculous. So I went back to the gas station and added another 2.692 gallons. Next I took pictures of every angle of the truck that any auto trader would have been proud of. It made me redo them 4 times. So my 14 mile truck rental cost me almost $100 and an extra hour to return. It's been nice knowing you Uhaul. I will not be back.

I am so angry. They double charged our account. Now they say they didn't, but my bank account shows that they did. They say they are refunding me a little money from the deposit (advance payment), but it will take days to get that money back. My bank is going to have to challenge one of the two transactions if it's not back. This could take weeks. They don't tell you how much of your money they are actually attaching when you rent from them. For a $300.00 rental, they have attached over $600.00 from our account. I am so angry I could scream. U-haul has lied and now, stolen from us. I will NEVER use uhaul again.

During my recent visit to the U-Haul facility in the valley, I had the pleasure of interacting with Tracie, an exceptional customer service representative. Despite a mix-up with my pick-up location, Tracie demonstrated remarkable professionalism and dedication to resolving the issue. Her friendly and humorous demeanor greatly contributed to alleviating the stress associated with the moving process. I express my sincere gratitude to Tracie for her outstanding assistance and positive impact on my experience.

I rented a truck Friday to clean out a storage unit. Deacon handled the rental and Jordan handled the return and they were both awesome!! Super nice and efficient in the process. I will definitely go back here when I need a truck.

I paid for extra miles twice, trucks are given away after I make reservations, costs are double what was quoted, equipment falling appart... my 2 uhaul orders this month have been terrible, I've used uhaul every year for YEARS. Time to look elsewhere

I have two moves to handle this summer. The first one is complete, and the second move is coming up soon. So far everything has gone as well. From all the different customer service people on the phone, to the people that set me up with a truck, to the worker that checked me in upon my arrival, everyone has been polite and professional and accommodating. I've been very pleased so far with what could have been a very trying summer.
