I think the record is clear that the state bar is corrupt as evidenced by their implications in the global corruption exhibited in the Gerardi case.

It is astonishing that none of them have been indicted and prosecuted criminally and instead allowed to simply resign.

Isn’t that where that con artist attorney Gerardi put in his attorneys that he had appointed when he stole all his client's money. and when his clients contacted the bar association, they tried to cover it up And none of those attorneys were put in jail
It is Corporate corruption dollars in all institutions of our government from the Supreme Court to the bar association SHM IN America all day long. As you can see from their poor ratings and the commentary this organization does not protect the public. Due to this organization not doing their job, my family and I went to a D.A. and now the attorney who I complained about is no longer on the case. Yes, the D.A. did a better job that this organization.

Original Review: Just like all of the complaints below, the CA Bar has refused to take evidence from me for 4 years and has refused to investigate my reports of misconduct. My approach to deal with this going forward is to publicly shame the Bar at the Board of Trustee and to out lawyers and misconduct at public comment. As an example which worked to make some small progress so far check out my videos where I make public comments to the Board and out their incompetence and corrupt lawyers. Come to a Board of Trustee meeting and tell them to their faces how you have been treated and put them on notice that the public is not going to tolerate this anymore! Really awful experiences at the so-called State Bar. My previous hired lawyer stole from us, and I sent to hundreds of pages of evidences to the State Bar for a complaint.

The attorney that worked on my case was completely biased and assumed that my claim has no base from the very beginning. After seven months' wait, we were told that they did not find any evidences that support our claim and only sent a Warning Letter to the lawyer for her "accounting mistake", without any discipline at all.... Can't imagine how corrupt this so-called State Bar and the lawyers they protect are. We are taking it directly to the court now.

Really no need for this so-called State Bar to exist. They are wasting everyone's money and energy and protect the liars and stealers.
