My family member completed a stay with the medical suites at oak creek, the facility was clean and the staff members were helpful. The Therapist were great and were able to assist in his recovery. The food menu was helpful, he was able to pick out items that he actually enjoyed.

Parts non. This is one of the WORST FACILITIES I have ever seen! My father was here for rehab back in 2021. They only had 2 nurses to cover more than 50 patients! Imagine pushing the call button and not getting help for hours. The minorities that worked here were incompetent! The facility looks nice from the outside but is terrible on the inside. I could go on with details but I will not waste breath or time. For the sake of your loved one done use this facility. Even if they rename it!!!

This place is absolutely unacceptable. They don’t check on my grandpa or even bother to change his sheets. My family keeps coming here, only to find him in someone else’s room. We’ve already expressed our concerns to the managers twice, and it’s still happening!

Today, I walked in and found my grandpa walking to the bathroom without his walker, unbuckling his pants, and a CNA comes in and says, “Oh, I didn’t know he could walk.” I told her, “He’s not supposed to,” and she just walked out like it was nothing. It’s a beautiful facility, but the care for the patients is absolute garbage and completely unacceptable.

Medical Suites is a very nice facility. It’s got a great internal therapy department along with dialysis. Their nursing staff is great and they really take the time to provide great quality care for the residents. Lindsay is the business development director and she is absolutely phenomenal with her work and she is very kind and caring towards residents and families.

Very sad that this place is such a beautiful facility but the care is horrible. My stepdad was there and we called an ambulance to get him transferred out of there back into the hospital because of the condition we found him in. Walked in to him in a diaper with feces everywhere. On the floor, bed railing, all over his bed, they clearly took the sheets off including a blanket from home to wash, but never came back with clean blankets. He was in his room freezing in a diaper. No water to drink, nothing. He could not walk, so the poop all over the floor was from a caregiver walking around his bed to care for him, but nobody could clean it up? The minute we said we were sending him back to the hospital they took everything out of the room and never spoke to us again! He passed a week later. He had quite a few visitors and during one visit a friend told us he sat there for 4 hours and not one person checked in on him. He asked for a water, after a hour and a half, still no water. Very sad! State needs to check this place out

My father has been there for almost 2 years n Im sorry to say I agree with the majority of the negative reviews. I was finally able to get my father transportation and had him picked up today for a visit. I stopped in there early in the day to let them know that he would be coming to my home for a visit. I asked that they plz make sure he would be ready for the transportation when it arrived. He arrived on time but was sent in a hospital gown and a blanket. Pretty sure that this does not match the vision statement they have on the website. Who would treat there loved one this way. N where is the dignity. Not sure who to talk to about this but im very displeased.

This place needs to be looked into. Choose a place doctors or nurses have experience dealing with. When my husband needed to go for physical therapy and would ask about ignite(oak creek resorts) no one knew because of how new this place is. He fell for the nice pictures and “resort”. Not many reviews to go off at the time….Even with the name change it’s the same. Don’t send a loved one there… My husband was there for only a few days. He was not well taken care of at all. He missed days of medication and they missed his dialysis appointments. They had to call 911 for him and no one informed me of anything happening. I came to visit and saw an ambulance outside. My husband passed about a month after. I have now been trying to get a hold of his medical records and still have nothing. It was hard enough to get a hold of someone to request them. Now I can’t get a hold of anyone to check on the status or get a call back. Maybe time to check other avenues to get the records. they are only suppose to take 30 days.
