As a returning Tesla owner picking up my second vehicle, it was a pretty easy experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. While my Cybertruck was filthy (especially the windows), they did accommodate my request on the spot for additional tire inflation (definitely double check).

I have had really great experiences here, which honestly is saying a lot because I’ve never had a positive experience at service centers other than this Tesla Service Center. I love how the Tesla app integrates with everything. I think it’s awesome how generous they are with loaner cars. And, I find that their warranty is generous and no need to haggle them for what is covered vs what is not. They even leave me a personalized written card in my car when I picked it up and did a great job asking my questions and doing a great repair.

I was only here for a new vehicle pick up at their showroom, I cannot speak for the service department yet.
Location is very far east but still convenient right off the highway and near other dealerships and shopping centers, there are superchargers, home chargers and demo cars readily available throughout the parking lot which makes it convenient for just about anyone.

Staff was 50/50 while they did answer all of my questions quickly and promptly, I was a bit put off by their odd attitude. Our name wasn’t called until about 30 minutes after our appointment time so my kids were running around checking out the demos eating Cheetos 🤦‍♂️ we did drive almost 3 hours to get there, during this time we were not approached by any of the 3 agents available, but they did assist different groups coming in.
Once they were ready for us I had to ask about the Wa state rebate since they didn’t offer it via email or even brought it up when we were going over the documents, so this took another 30 minutes to apply send it out and wait for approval, by then I was late to return my rental vehicle. Eventually we were approved and I agreed to begin signing documents, again I was thrown off by our sales agents robotic like attitude looking me dead in the eye with zero facial expressions as if I was an inconvenience for him.
I apologized for being an inconvenience and walked to our new model Y, alone with nobody to show us how to drive the car.
Overall I can’t say it was a bad experience but definitely not what I expected, I bought new because I didn’t want to deal with used car salespeople and their finance guys. My advice to you is dress to impress and if you’re white you’ll be just fine, for the rest of us good luck!

I was considering purchasing a used Tesla from their website and wanted to test one out first. The dealership let me borrow a Model Y for a trial run, and the experience was amazing. Their customer service and willingness to let me truly experience the vehicle played a huge role in my decision. In the end, I ended up purchasing one almost entirely because of how seamless and accommodating the process was - of course the driving experience itself was incredible too!

Honestly after buying a tesla it will be hard to ever go back to a traditional dealer. Test driving was stress free, there is no pressure to buy, price you see is the price everyone pays, there is no negotiating. Sale advisors are friendly and more than willing to help you place an order, but I will say that once you place an order you are no longer a priority and your questions will be put on the back burner. Not to say they aren't willing to help anymore, just their priority is to help customers order a car, that much is evident, when that's all done then they'll get to everyone else. Taking delivery was pretty straightforward, it's all through the app and the sales advisor let you inspect the car all you want. There were a few problems with my new model Y and at first service was giving me difficulty on taking responsibility but luckily that's seems to be taken care of so far and they seem willing to help now, hopefully it stays that way on my service date. My recommendation is if you find anything wrong with the car request that it is repaired before accepting it.

Great service yet again at the Tesla Service Center in Liberty Lake. When we returned to our car for our ride back home from Pullman last Saturday evening, a cabin heat failure notification greeted us and a cold ride home ensued. Thankfully, we were able to get in immediately on Monday morning. Nicholas, the service advisor, was affable and very helpful throughout the entire process, answering texts quickly and thoroughly. He arranged a loaner for us as the car needed to stay overnight, and my wife and I needed to be in different locations the following day. Shoutout also to tech Andrew, who graciously and complimentarily applied new windshield wipers (that we had previously ordered from Tesla) to our other MY that my wife drove down to the service center. Fortunately, all work was covered by warranty, and we had our MY back the following day. The return of the loaner was seamless as was the entire process. Thank you, Liberty Lake Tesla Center!

I just recently bought a new Tesla because they were doing special financing. Financed through the dealership itself and was quoted 2.99 % APR financing zero down for a 60-month loan. After this verbal offer and signing in the app for 2.99 percent, I went into physically sign the documentation at the pickup. Unfortunately for me, I did not see they pulled a fast one and change the APR less than 2 hours before I went in to sign the paperwork. So my loan is at 3.99% APR. I understand this is a decent rate still but it felt dishonest and scammy and if they did it to me they'll definitely do it to other people. The staff at this location is nice. They're very knowledgeable and answered my myriad of questions about the vehicle, charging, home charging, etc but there's nothing anyone is willing to do about it not does their financing staff have any consumer facing sypport. They did mention that this is something that's happened at other Tesla locations through their financing as well. So if you're planning on buying a Tesla with the low APR deal just make sure you do better than me at reading the documentation when you show up to pick up your vehicle.

Edit: After trying to do my due diligence I found a couple more things. Firstly, they do all their financing through the Tesla app. If you accept the final payment, you accept everything else. This is why I was unaware of the financing change. Basically, they changed the terms and sent a push notification as the only means of communication. Because of this, and having already previously reviewed and agreed to the lower APR, I simply did not see the change before I signed that I was ready to finalize payment. The finalized financing was not physically signed for when we picked up our vehicle, which is why I didn't see it when we picked up the car. None of the sales team mentioned or disclosed this verbally either.

I have asked every department of Tesla with client facing support if anyone has the power to actually change/update this financing agreement and fix what feels to me like a mistake. I have been informed that this person does not exist. I at least fully understand now how this happened and it still feels scummy. Stay vigilant if you're financing through Tesla.
