Had a complete boiler and radiator replacement 3 years ago and now on their annual service contract - just had it serviced today by Keith and everything went fairly smoothly. Would recommend this company for your heating and plumbing requirements.

Moss was very polite and respectful. He had the opportunity to arrive earlier than booked and phoned to ok this. He worked quickly and did a very good job and cleaned the area thoroughly when the job was complete. I would recommend Moss to my friends and family

Our heating broke down just before Christmas. It was pin holes in radiators, but the 80s boiler had had its day too. They apologetically said they couldn't get there before Christmas. That was perfectly fine. They turned up immediately after New Year, They did a complete repair, and boiler change.and worked in a very tidy way. Really appreciate having our heating back just before the cold snap.

Boiler required a service.
Engineer was brilliant, arrived on time, very clean, very quick, very polite and very accommodating.
Also fixed up after previous engineer left job unfinished and kindly replaced a part to prevent another call-out, for which we are very grateful.
Made our puppy excited pee to see him!

Holy Guacamole, where do I begin?! Had an installation date on 3/11/24, woke up to east midlands diamond drilling parked across the drive at 7.30am, strange but assumed they were keen to work. Then 8am and Man A knocks on , think it was bring your grandchild to work sponsorship day as his colleague said she'd been sent to observe. Man A said all my shelves had to be ripped out for the new boiler install, despite the boiler being a good 2-3 foot below the shelving. He couldn't guarantee they'd be put back to how they were so thus I refused to let Man A continue the job. Man A rushed off. taking all equipment and leaving the gas and water unstable. 4pm- turned heating on and the boiler starts making a racquet and smell of gas fills the room, rang man from cadence gas services, he arrived with Geiger counter and scanned all rooms and neighbouring properties for gas (we were terrified by the way) . Cadence man condemns boiler and caps gas off. 4/11/24, rang Nottingham city council for new appointment for boiler, hot water and heating. Man B turns up to take some photographs, he says boiler can be installed without removing shelves and man A was extreme to suggest this. Man B leaves and says council will call me with an appointment, council call me and say someone will visit tomorrow to uncap gas and check again work can be carried out. 5/11/24 Man C arrives, I explain I will forfeit the shelves for hot water and heating and would like the job completed as quick as possible now as primitive living is not my lifestyle choice. Man C proceeds to tell me east midlands diamond drilling have billed the council for £400 and his 'gaffer' won't be happy as me cancelling the appointment has meant the money has (to quote) 'gone down the swanny'. After the lecture on the councils financial affairs man C uncaps gas and says council will ring with another appointment. Council rep rings 2-3 hours later and gives me a date for 12/11/24. Morning arrives and no east midlands diamond drilling parked across the drive, no parts delivered by 9am and I settle in for another day of shallow baths and kettle boiled washing up. Then halleluiah! Man D arrives ! Man D works alone, leaves the shelves up and covers all my carpets with dust sheets to prevent mess. Man D completes the job, delightfully singing his way through the radios hit list. Man D shows us how to operate the thermostat and puts all scrap metal in the back yard as I asked him to. Hurray! We have our first full bath of hot water in almost 10 days and the house is warm. My conclusion ; man A was not qualified for the job, probably not a boiler man but liked the uniform. Man B was efficient in his job and followed his superiors orders to the word. Man C was irked at having to attend a job that had been previously cancelled and was concerned about Nottingham city homes finacial budget (perhaps another bankruptcy case was looming on the horizon for the council). Man D was efficient, pleasant, well mannered and thorough in his work. Man D was not afraid to ask for a cuppa either, which I was happy to oblige.

T&S have been fantastic, we needed a new boiler. They came same day to look at our old boiler, got it temporarily working while we waited for the invoice. Boiler fitted within 3 days of our go ahead. Luke H was brilliant, stayed to ensure the job was done even when we ended up needing Cadent Gas out to sort a mains issue! Would use again.
