My sisters and I have been caring for our mom for a long time. As it became more challenging we needed help and moved mom to an assisted living facility. After a few falls we needed even more help. Synergy has become a very large part of mom’s care giving team. Synergy has sent such helpful and reliable CNA’s to cover care for mom when we are not there, around the clock! They are easy and pleasant to work with. They go the extra mile to find care givers who mom will respond to positively. Synergy has covered care through snowy weather, through times when mom has been sick, through holidays, and even times when their employees got sick they found replacement CNA’s to be sure mom is not left alone. I am very picky about the needs I have. I spent 24 years in the Air Force and as a result, contracted servjce disabled disabilities. I am 100 percent Permanent and Total.

I was able to meet the company owners in this area, Monica and David, and the conversation. We had felt like family.

Basically the services I need like walking, they will help me with and walk with with. Although I have not graduated to that point yet. I met with the owner to provide service back in March 2023, for a knee scope I had to have. Recovering from that has been a.very lengthy process.

Now I just had cervical fusion back on Aug14. My C2 and C3 discs had to be fused. But Synergy was right there with me and received the post op instructions from the surgeon.

All of Synergy employees have treated me like family.and I can’t say enough about that. I live by myself as a disabled veteran. But I’ve never experienced where I wondered where the caretaker was. Their being prompt and consistent means the world to me.

Monica and David were wonderful from my first phone call. They played a critical role in getting my grandmother the 24 hr care she required in a very short window of time. The care providers they sent were professional and attentive, especially Abi and Violet, who offered great compassion and dignity to my grandmother at the end of her life.
