I have nothing but good things to say about the employees at Superior. Stephanie and the other office workers who contacted me about my appointments were polite and so nice to me. The two gentlemen (sorry that I did not get their names) who installed my hot water tank last week and Derek who did my HVAC maintenance today were all prompt, very professional and respectful of my property. They all did a fantastic job and Superior should be so very proud of their employees. I highly recommend them!

He is excellent at his role for Superior. He took care of our problem. He did so and made sure we did not have the issue re-occur. That meant everything to us. Let's add that he maintained a high level of professionalism while showing warmth and compassion to our circumstance.

This review is specifically for Dominick at Superior. My new HVAC (less than a year old) auxiliary heat was not working, but only at night when temp dropped. First tech told me it was due to a wrong setting in the thermostat. Next day the second tech took a look and said since the heat was working it appeared to be fixed. (Despite my point it only stopped working at night). The third day Dominick showed up. I shared with him the stats I could pull from my Ecobee thermostat. He went through the info, did a thorough inspection of the unit and was able to figure out the issue. He then had to do further work to figure out why it was doing what it was doing. He fixed it and made sure it was definitely working before he left. (Wiring was installed incorrectly) He clearly knows what he is doing, was thorough, friendly and respectful. Can’t say enough good things about him. However the fact that it took three days to get someone to figure it out was clearly not a good experience.

Dominick was great! Despite a mix up on our end in terms of getting through the gate, he patiently waited and arrived on time and performed the maintenance call quickly, even fixing the thermostat controller which had not been originally installed properly.

We had Superior Services replace our heat pump and duck work this week. Our existing unit died and we had become very unhappy with our existing HVAC company. Superior was recommended by a friend and neighbor and we are so happy they did. Brandon, Ben and Chuy were absolutely amazing and the work was completed to our complete satisfaction.
