I’m here to write a review to balance out the bad ones. I need to tell people this: do not let anyone pump your gas. If you’re being scammed, it’s likely because the nozzle was not all the way into the slot. When you walk away, people can pick up the nozzle and add to your bill if it’s not all the way down and offers you a receipt. Be very careful and lookout.

"-50 starS. I had a very concerning experience at this location on yesterday. The gas pumps failed to dispense gas after payment was accepted, affecting multiple customers including myself. When we returned to the window, the representative falsely claimed the money had already been refunded to my card - which I verified was not true. They then changed their story and said we would need to pay again and wait 5 days for a refund of the failed transaction.

This is unacceptable, especially in our community where many people cannot afford to have their gas money held up for nearly a week. I was personally left stranded at the station when they took my work gas money but provided no gas. This appears to be a recurring issue affecting multiple customers, and the staff provided misleading information about refunds.

I strongly urge management to fix their payment system, implement immediate refunds when pumps malfunction, and train staff to provide accurate information. Until this is resolved, customers should be aware of this risk."

Terrible paid for a drink and it was expired, cashier said it could syill be drinkable after 3 months of expiring. Most drinks are expired and snacks too. Also you can add the same amount of money you could put on gas on a wawa and it will leave you with over 30mpg on the gas.

I can't speak for the gas station part, but the convenience store surrounded by so many dead and dying small businesses really makes for quite an uncomfortable aesthetic. I don't drive, so I might not have even really noticed had it not been for the resident patrons of the parking lot yelling out at me from across the street. Kind of makes you feel like you're going to get stabbed for going over there. My friends, should you brave this Sunoco for any reason, please be safe.

Do NOT go to this hood behind gas station for gas ! I used my debit card at the pump and got 10$ worth of gas because that’s all I needed to fill my car tank and was overcharged ! This gas station charged me 74$ ! Then when I called they made it seem like it was normal ad I should receive a refund differential. This is NOT normal and I am still waiting for my refund . I’m going to report them to the Better Business B . If I don’t get my money they owe me !!!!

This morning (11/2) at the Sunoco station at 52nd and Spruce I took the nozzle out of my tank and it JUST KEPT SPRAYING GAS. At least a gallon of gas sprayed out onto the ground, my car and me. Gas station employee's response was, "well, what do you want me to do about it?". Will never go back, DO NOT RECOMMEND

Most of the time shaneko has really good gas and many different grades and a lot of them also have diesel fuel the prices are very average. Be careful where you go to get gas in this area there are many gas stations that are fly by night ones and you can't even tell what type of fuel they sell. but Sunoco always does a good job with keeping up their appearances and everything clean and nice for us to use

The lady refused to serve me because I didn’t have a mask . I tried to explain and show her my paperwork because I was recently tested for Covid 19 and it was negative. I also tried to explain that I suffer from asthma and the mask restricts my breathing.. terrible place with a terrible woman .. I use to go here all the time for gas and late night munchies .. I will never be goin here again
