Do not recommend…. Exactly 6 months after signing a lease with this company they increased the rental amount.

When I asked the clerk at the desk, why the rent went up the answer was “cost of living” I then asked and how they could alter a contract and the desk agent they said it’s because the Rent amount was not listed on the lease agreement…However, once I got home I noticed that what I was told was not true.

The very first line of the lease noted the amount of rent. When I returned to follow up and point out that the amount was listed on the lease…The desk agent already looked further into it and pointed out language in the lease that gives the owner the right to change the monthly amount at any time with 30 days notice.

I do not believe this is a very honorable business and it appears they take advantage of people in vulnerable situations needing storage facilities. Furthermore staff is not trained to under stand the contracts they are required to have people sign.

Jill from another location referred me to Matthew at the Harvard street location. I showed up right before closing and he got me checked in on time without me feeling rushed.
I'd recommend this business to anyone that has high expectations.

This is the only storage place I use and specifically this location in Liberty Lake off Harvard. . Matthew is awesome and wonderful to work with. Great staff and good deals. Can’t recommend more highly if you have storage needs.
