Great experience with James. We had rented a van from another company to take my father to a doctor's appointment and were told at 6:30am that they didn't have any available. I called 3 other companies to get a private transport for the same day and none were available. Silver was available and very flexible, even after having changed the time on him. James was polite and helpful and was there when we needed him for pick up. I appreciate his flexibility and coming through in an emergency situation.

The worst experience ever. They made my mom wait for 2 hours to be transported from dialysis. The excuse for their tardiness was the dialysis location is out of their area of transport. Why would you accept a trip that is out of your jurisdiction? This company is greedy, has poor accommodations as well as poor customer service . I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. DO NOT USE!!!!

This company is so inconsiderate of the elderly patients. I called on behalf of my patient that he was ready to be picked up. they gave me an ET of 40 mins. I left to take my hour lunch, came back and patient was still waiting. My colleague had already called 3 times to find out how much longer and they said they were 7 mins away. They constantly lie on the time. finally, they came 2 1/2 hour later. Very unprofessional. these are elderly patients that are picked up from a senior living and need to go back and this transportation company can't do their job right. but they are charging a very high amount of money right away.

If you care about your loved one, do not use this company! They started off being nice and on time but over time EVERYTHING changed. On top of being extremely rude and unprofessional. They are late, there is no consistency, they don’t communicate with patients accordingly, They pick up and drop off patients at their convince. This company is an absolute joke. While James the “supervisor” tries to be helpful he’s really not. If a Company is late picking up a patient it’s their job to notify the patient! On many occasions we were calling asking where the driver was and was lied to saying “they’ll be there in 5 minutes.” Yeah right! Those five minuets would turn into 30min - 1hr.
Called to finally cancel services all he said was Ok and just hung up. Didn’t even try to see what went wrong. Goes to show how much this company “cares and values their patients”

This company is a God Send! I spent over an hour and a half calling just about every other ambulance company I could find and none of them could help me get my mother to the hospital.

When I called Silverline, it was like all of a sudden somebody finally help us normal folk. They were polite, professional, and very punctual. And their pricing was a great deal over a lot of other companies. Really appreciate these guys!

I just called this ambulance service after having tremendous difficulty reaching any private transport company that could help my elderly mother to receive immediate medical care.
Helmer and Frederic were on time, efficient, very kind and courteous, and they handled my mom with immense TLC. They spoke to her slowly and gently and made the entire transportation much less stressful.
These guys really care and they are truly good at their jobs. I could not be more grateful.

I hope I am on the right page. Talk about having NO patience. I was almost done offloading groceries when I saw one of the vans behind me and I told them to wait since it would only take me 1 minute to be done. NOPE, they go up the higher hill part next to me and then go back down to pick up this lady who lives in the same apartment complex, blocking completely my parking spot. This happened around 2 pm on Newell St in Huntington Park. The guy just didn’t care and was driving recklessly when they left, almost hitting my side mirror. You need to check those people that represent this company because anyone can just assume it is a BAD company by seeing how RUDE and IMPATIENT their employees are.
