ServPro provided a very quick response for what could have been a disaster. Our heat went out in our commercial building with very cold temperatures looming. ServPro came in quickly and pumped industrial heat into our facility that kept pipes from freezing until the boiler was operational. It was efficient, easy and effective. I am very grateful. I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the Servpro employees and the owner. Patrick was wonderful and stayed until the very end of the job. I would highly recommend this company for anyone that needs this kind of service. Everyone was very professional and friendly, and happy to help in a very stressful situation. You can see from the pictures that someone drove into my apartment bedroom. The last pictures are how it looked before the guys left. They left, helping me feel safe and protected. Kevin and the team did a great job at my home after my water heater burst and flooded the finished basement. The guys were on time, courteous and professional every time they were in my home. I can’t say enough about the team. They cleaned up and removed the ruined floors in less than a day. I would recommend ServPro in Hamilton to anyone in need of mitigation and restoration.

This is probably not your typical post that you see on Servpro reviews however I will tell my story on August 7, 2019, my son Christian, who suffered from schizophrenia took his life with a handgun. I came home from work about 8 o’clock in the evening and found him deceased. It was the worst day of my life and still is I would like to say that Servpro was there to take care of everything after the corner and police left, they dealt with my insurance company so that I did not have to during this very hard time. I want to say that I really appreciate what they did for me and my family. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs and I hope and pray that no one asked to experience what we did, but I want everyone to know that Servpro is very true to their motto other than the heartache as far as the physical appearance of my home it truly was like it never happened Thank you, Servpro Jimmy Unger

We had some mold issues due to a leaky roof. They were quick to respond and was on time for our appointment. They explained everything that needed to be done and the cost. The job was done in a timely manner and everything looked great afterwards. Very professional and would definitely hire them again.
