Hello!
My water softener system is very old, Mark Verma came out to diagnose the issues in the system. He ran extensive tests and made sure that he did everything in his power to extend the longevity of the system we currently have, instead of trying to convince us to purchase unnecessary equipment (like kinetico). Additionally, we have a very reactive dog, Mark was beyond accommodating-- allowing our dog time to become adjusted to him so that we could all move forward with the water softener system together, instead of my dog being stressed out in the back yard while he was diagnosing our system.
