The service we received was disappointing and unprofessional. On December 19, 2024, at approximately 6:20 PM, we arrived to register our car and greeted the staff member courteously. Unfortunately, the woman, who appeared to be in her 50s, responded with an uncalled-for attitude. Such behavior is not reflective of the standard of service one expects. To address this issue, I suggest a review of customer service training to ensure that all staff members interact with customers in a respectful and professional manner moving forward.

Unprofessional. Awful. I came back here for the first time in years to renew my health card and was expected to know everything. What’s the point of having those signs of “abuse will not be tolerated” when one of your employees did it to me? & according to the other reviews it may have been the same woman. I told her politely, “I’m sorry I don’t have it.” (As in a certain document.) and she replied, “well you should.” First of all I came by myself for the first time of course I didn’t know a few things. Second, I did my research and saw I only needed proof of my residency in Toronto and my health card that expired. There was no reason to be rude. The lady was asking for a phone bill. Why do you need all these things if you only said on your site provide either a passport, or a proof of residency & your expired health card? I already have a lot going on, yet never intended to take it out on anyone yet you did that to me. I cried out of distress when I got home because she added on to it. I was taught to be polite & if you wanted a good review you should have treated me better.

The queue that started from the inside door was processed in 20 minutes.
