My family had the best experience with Hershel and Sam!! My son bought an extraordinary wedding set in which they took so much time and explanation in helping him pick the perfect set!! My husband and I went back and upgraded the diamond in my wedding ring and they made a beautiful pendant out of my original diamond! They are both kind, knowledgeable and expectations were certainly met!! Highly recommend this company as well as Hershel and Sam! Look forward to seeing them at the next jewelry/gem show at The Dulles Expo Center in DC!!

Where do I start. Sam and Herschel have been selling me and my family jewelry since I bought the stone for my wife's engagement stone and setting at the New Orleans Jewelry Show 24 years ago.
I have bought a sapphire ring, diamond tennis bracelet, then swapped that one in for a larger bracelet, diamond pendant, a couple different settings for her engagement ring over the years, diamond stud earrings and upsized those, a couple different stones for the older settings on the engagement rings and a new wedding band that was custom made just recently.
We have done this all through the mail from New Orleans to Los Angeles.
These fellas go above and beyond to try and help you with your purchases. In fact when we got the new bracelet they sent one for us to look at that the workers at the UPS in New Orleans decided they wanted more than us. I explained to Sam that we never received it. He sent another, my wife loved it so we paid for it. I will buy all my jewelry from these two till the day I am no longer here. I suggest you do the same.

I met this wonderful jeweler at the Chicago Jewelry Show and asked him to copy a costume ring that I found and liked. OMG.... he copied it EXACTLY! It is an unusual setting with 10 diamonds (cushion cut and rounds) and I absolutely love it. So happy with the artistry and the excellent service that made this whole experience so great. If you want something special, you must use S&n Jewelry. They are the best.

This company went to the international gem show in Dallas a few weeks back. I found a ring that looked beautiful. I was with my lady so I couldn’t buy it in person. I had them sell it to my cousin who stayed after I left. When I got the ring, it definitely was not the one I saw there. I asked the “jeweler” what size diamond fits and he answered with 1.5 to 2 CT. I went out and bought a 1.8 and it didn’t fit. Even a 1.5 didn’t fit. The ring he sold me fits a 1 CT. I was able to get ahold of him right away and he told me through text that he’d work with me on getting the right ring. After a day, he stopped responding. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be aware. This guy is a scammer. Don’t trust the bright lights shining on the jewelry he sells. It’s so different when it’s not under the light. Also, he quoted me 795 at the gem show. My cousin ended up paying over $1200.

Spent $22k on a diamond ring, they guaranteed trade in for a better stone in the future. 9 months later, wanted to upgrade, met with them twice, they always have an excuse - either they don't have better stones or they'll give you such an unreasonable price you wouldn't want the upgrade. Their guarantees are worthless! Crooks! Wouldn't buy from them!
