I recently purchased a used Coachman trailer and could not be more happy with the entire process.
Marielle and Arthur worked with me on the financing and money part, and the other gentlemen all were helpful on our walk thru, teaching and customer service. Arthur even made sure we had plugs and a starter pack of accessories.
We were so excited we ran straight to Grandfather Mountain this weekend!
If you're looking for a new trailer, C class or Class A, definitely check out S&M! They do not have everything on their website so go in person, and they sell out FAST. (I had 2 other trailers on my radar and they sold so quick!)
It's no wonder though, because the pricing and service is so good!

- Purchased a used 2020 Coachman Catalina Legacy Edition, 2 queen bedrooms, bathroom, fireplace, TV, washer/dryer hookup, 3 slide-out, and so much more.

We had a very positive experience with S&M. We got a great camper at at fair price. Arthur and Jesus were great to work with and made the first time camper buying process very easy. Jesus went through all the systems and made sure we were comfortable operating every part of the rig. We had a couple things that needed repair and they were quick to fix the issues and get us back to our next camp site. If you’re in the market for a camper go see Authur. He’ll make you a “Happy Camper”.

Arthur doesn't keep his word. He doesn't keep in touch with customers At all. Don't buy from him he refuses to honor anything after you make purchase.

Buyer beware is all I have to say. You will get plenty of promises but no follow up. Registration of my vehicle was a nightmare. Frontloft bed was supposed to be repaired, but wasn't. Year of vehicle advertised was wrong, didn't put the power cord back in storage box. My wife and I researched how ti fix the loftbead online and we were able to do it ourselves. I don't recommend dealing with them unless you are good at fixing things on your own.

This business was by far my best experience purchasing an RV. Art is very trustworthy and honest about all of his RVs. He is also the most reasonable which is why I drove three hours to purchase an RV from him after shopping and comparing prices for a month. I highly recommend doing business with him.
