I had a great experience with Natalie from S James Prestige when buying my new car.

There were a few that I was interested in, and she was quick to update me on the status of their availability. It was frustrating as I had been wanting to get a new car fairly quickly, but when a new one came up and I enquiried, she sprung into action to help me get a deposit down–whilst communicating extra options for the car.

In the end, I went for a Ceramic Coating, M Style Mirrors, Spoiler & 3 year warranty. What I appreciated about the warranty particularly, was her willingness to provide it on request, so I could review, alongside the coverage and price, well below anything BMW would offer for an extended warranty package.

Because I work in the week and it was quite a journey, I had to wait a couple weeks to pick up, but it was truly worth the wait. They even called, letting me know of an earlier date that came available as they knew I wanted something quickly.

On arrival, the site was well laid out, and it was great to have a look at some of the other cars. I almost did not recognise mine! It was spotless, and I haven’t got used to the new car yet.

They provided me with the keys, and just gave me the freedom to check out the car. Once I provided my driving license, they said, off you go! And recommended some good roads to test drive.

I loved the low pressure, relaxed environment. Comfy chairs and free refreshments. It was very professional.

I won’t be surprised if I come back in a few years for the next one.

Extremely happy with the service provided by S James Prestige from start to finish. Very friendly family ran business who are more than happy to help with whatever queries you have about the cars or process of buying.

I travelled from Manchester to collect the car as there is nowhere else quite like S James Prestige, with how they add the suitable upgraded alloys and body kits for a fraction of the price it would cost elsewhere. Certainly wasn’t disappointed upon arrival also as the cars stand out and look absolutely fantastic.

I will most certainly be back to S James Prestige when I look to upgrade my car once again.

Smooth transaction whilst picking up my 330e. Was given a couple of free modifications on the car. Couple weeks in, had an issue, car was not starting, they arranged for it to be dealt with by a BMW specialist and it was all covered for with the warranty from S James prestige. I had no issues in that experience. Happy with the service all round. Thanks

Bought an immaculate car from S James, and was able to customise it as I wanted. The process was really easy, from Josh who I originally spoke to, to Matt who sorted out putting a cover over it for the reveal as this was my first nice car and walked me through all the paperwork on the day in the lovely offices, it was a fantastic experience.

The original deposit on the car (£500) was fully refundable if I didn’t like the car but having seen some of the other cars on the lot, there were no such worries that that the car wouldn’t be a high standard and I wasn’t disappointed.

There was also enough fuel in the car to get me home which was over an hour away, which is more than the bare minimum offered by other garages.

Overall a wonderful experience and one which is exactly how buying a car should be.

I have spoken to Natalie on two different occasions about vehicles and on both occasions she was extremely helpful. On the first occasion, we decided not to buy the car but Natalie was very understanding and not in the least bit pushy. This attitude is what prompted me to come back to Natalie after I spotted another Audi that I liked. Overall, excellent, seamless transaction to buy the car, a warm, friendly welcome at the showroom and a nice cup of coffee whilst you waited. I was recommend S James Prestige in the first place, I would recommend them to others and I may return for another vehicle in the future.

I bought a car from them this week. I have to say the whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. Josh was very good, not pushy and helped me along the way. When I turned up for the test drive nothing was too much trouble and the whole process was really easy. The car is in great condition. There was a couple of stone chips that they sorted straight away. If I had a gripe it would be please post the actual car photos on your site, not generic ones, but apart from that brilliant service and will definitely recommend and use again.
