I recently purchased a vehicle from S Cars, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and their professionalism immediately stood out. Unlike other dealerships, I didn’t feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. The team took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and they guided me through their inventory with patience and expertise.

I would not recommend S Cars, do not but a car from this dealership unless you want to deal with cowboys.
I bought a 69' plate Ford Ranger with 24,000 miles for 36k in August '23 and after 1 week of driving the vehicle the engine failed. After 7 days of driving the vehicle, it started making knocking noises that I reported to Paul straightaway along with some videos. Paul was very helpful at this point and asked me to bring the vehicle back in which I did. Paul gave me a call after 5 days and informed me the bottom end of the engine had gone and whether I would be willing to go halves on a new engine. At this point I was furious as I had just spent 36k on a new car which should have been fully inspected and serviced prior to being sold and that I had only driven 1 week and now the dealer is asking me to pay half towards a new engine!!!!
After I declined to pay half towards a new engine Paul then goes to accuse me of changing the sump on the vehicle which caused the engine to fail within 7 days. Appalling customer service!!
I have raised a complaint which is yet to be resolved, however with the way I have been treated and accused I am looking forwards to taking these cowboys to court - if it goes that way.
After my horrible experience, I do not recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

Update 21/08/24 won with ombudsman case got full payment and my monthly finance payments. Thanks ombudsman. Stay clear of this dealership crooks.

Zero after sales,I bought a ford ranger for 30k went back to repot it leaning to the left he said he couldn't see it. So I measured it, it was 1 inch out so he just shrugged his shoulders !!!! Got your money, thank you and good bye comes to mind.

I bought a ford ranger from this garage and can not fault them, from start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with them, good range of cars to chose from and staff very helpful and patient. Will definitely return for future cars x

NEVER try to buy any cars here！Can you believe it it’s a 7-year-old car’s caliper? The rear caliper are completely corroded. Lots of parts are changed. At least 5 problems exist in the interior. They haven’t told me anything about them. Instead, they hide all these information and sell it without any warranty. That’s completely a scam.

I picked up a Ranger Wild track earlier this year after an exhaustive search with specific requirements (bi-turbo, low miles and hardback). Paul and the team took the time to help me, eventually I settled on one and the team made it special for me by surprising the kids upon pickup (they didn’t know I had purchased the vehicle, they thought I was looking!). Great bunch of people, would highly recommend.
