Came to inspect a very old and very broken boiler on December 19th, efficiently assessed and quoted for a replacement, came back out on December 23rd to install it to make sure we had heating for Christmas.

Lovely guys, clean and efficient work, great to deal with and clearly VERY accommodating given the time of year. Would recommend very highly.

I have recently had some work carried out by Steve and Ben @ R/S Gas services, they have been professional and polite from my first contact, having just purchased a property I engaged their services to have the old gas fire and surround removed, the work was carried out to a high standard and in a timely manner. They have both gone above and beyond by highlighting other issues in my property and advising me what to do. Steve and Ben were professional and extremely competent. They quickly identified my boiler issue and although it meant I needed a new boiler, they were able to come and replace it within 2 days of the issue.
