My uncle who was bed bound and had a medical condition and we needed to send him to the VA hospital. I called Royal Express (found on Google search) for medical transportation, and they scheduled right away for the transportation. Arrived within 15 minutes. Service is very professional, and charge is reasonable. I would highly recommend their service.

My mom broke her leg and this company was available to take her to her orthopedic appt . They are wonderful and very kind. You won’t regret it if you use them, and the prices are reasonable as well.

We had found a need to use a medical transport service because the ambulance could not go to the hospital we needed to go to. We were very nervous & not sure what to expect but we were surprised and extremely impressed with Royal. Not only were they easy to work with, they also provided a quick pick up & drop off with reasonable pricing. We have used them for every self pay transport and have met 5 of the drivers, each one just as impressive as the others. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable & safe!!

We had a community meeting held at our facility, Sun City Country Club, this evening. One of the attendees of that meeting had scheduled a ride that did not show from another company. The company that canceled could not pick him up until tomorrow. After calling around, I came across Royal Medical Express Transportation, they came to pick up the attendee after hours while arriving in record time. I am not familiar with medical transportation; however, they made it simple. Upon arrival I tried to pay for the man’s ride who needed service, but Royal Medical Transportation refused to take payment because they were so upset with how the other company left their customer without care. This left me in tears; reminding me that good still exists in this world. I can’t say enough good about this company. They are AMAZING. Thank you, Royal Medical Express Transportation!
