They, like almost every recruiting firm, are in the business of simply ghosting people. It's hard enough to find a job these days but when the agencies simply fail to follow up, it makes the process that more jarring. It's unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I would give 0 stars, I can’t get in contact with no recruiter and front desk is not helpful. They refuse to send a message to a recruiter to see whose available. I left 3 voicemails with no call back. I sent an email to a recruiter and haven’t even gotten a response back.

I’ve dealt with hired dynamics for the past two years but office team had a job i was interested in. I’ve done about 3 interviews with them and no one has followed up with me at all and every time I call I am dealing with a different person I’ve sent emails with no response. I am just confused as to why they even post jobs if there is no follow up. I’ll continue to deal with hire dynamics they actually care about getting you into a job

I had been in contact with them about 1 1/2 years. Either jobs weren't a good fit or I already had a job. They are always on top of getting you placed. You just have to let them know what you're looking for and have a great professional work history . I was placed direct hire to a position I really like. Ived been to every temp agency around Ranstad, Global Soultions, Hire Dynamics you name it. They treat you like a number . Great people at Office team Duluth.

Was contacted by a recruiter via text message. Spoke on the phone, was going to arrange an interview and said I could possibly start as early as Monday. Sent a follow up email, only to get a response apologizing for the delayed response.
Also had another recruiter contact me, wanted to schedule a face time interview. Never did a facetime interview, no way to contact the recruiter as they call from blocked phone numbers.

Worst company. I left a voicemail for someone and they called back stating they had a meeting they need to go to and that he would call me back. A week later he still hasn’t called back, so today I called and the lady tried to ARGUE with me that the call I had with the other person wasn’t logged. I don’t care if it wasn’t logged I know that he called so I really didn’t like her attitude. Then she said she didn’t have anyone available for me to speak to. I know she did though. Don’t go to this company for work they are the worst.
