My wife and I purchased our first travel trailer from RnR Labor Day weekend 2024. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Our salesman, Fred Much, did a fantastic job. Fred did a great job listening to our needs and showing us our options. We feel that he was very knowledgeable about the models, brands, options that came with the trailers and upgrades that would meet our future needs. Fred was up front with what we could expect when we told him what we wanted to offer and didn't give us the run around: he wasn't trying to just get us into negotiations. Overall, from sales, finance, orientation and parts, the whole experience at RnR was great. We have confidence that RnR will help us and stand behind the products they offer!

From start to finish, RNR has been amazing to work with. Our salesman Dean was so easy to work with and his knowledge of their products was spot on. We never felt pressured to buy and he went out of his way to understand our needs. Keith also went way beyond any expectations we could have asked for in helping us through the process of buying our used Class A RV. These guys were totally transparent and went out of their way to make our used purchase feel brand new! I could go on and on about them but this was the best buying experience of a vehicle I/we have ever had. There were so many other interactions we had with other employees, Shirley in service etc and all were fantastic.
Without a showdown of a doubt, I highly recommend this place!!

I bought a 2018 Winnebago camping trailer and the experience was awesome. Fred was my salesman, he's a nice guy and made me feel like part of the rnrv family. They all made the process quick and easy, couldn't be happier!!

Bought a brand new 2024 Adventurer truck camper late January 2024. First off, when i went to pick up the camper and do the initial walk around with the tech. I noticed the Vin number was different than my paperwork. It was the wrong camper. So i had to leave and come back a few days later to pick up the correct camper. We took it camping the next weekend to test everything out and found out we had the wrong keys and couldn't lock or unlock the door. Had to drive back and swap the keys for the right ones. Was told by the snake of a salesman that I will never have to worry about service as they advertise 40 service bays and they stand behind their sales. This is a joke. All the negative reviews of the service department is all true. Less than a year of use and the camper roof is peeling up. As soon as I noticed this I stopped by RnR to show them pictures and ask about repair. I was told to make a appointment and bring the unit in. When I got there with the camper, I was told to contact the manufacturer myself because the warranty is over..After asking for contact info and what I should ask the manufacturer I was told that it's on Google. I still have not been able to get ahold of the manufacturer and no help from RnR. You would think after buying a new unit and being such a short time they would be willing to help. Whatever you do, do not buy from this place. They do not care after you buy. I will be going elsewhere.

We were having drivability problems with motorhome that made it go into limp mode or just lose power. The Mechanic couldn't duplicate it. With further investigation he recommended a Fuel Filter and cleaning the Mass Airflow sensor. We then drove it to Albuquerque and Back and it ran Great, No issues. We Highly recommended R&R RV Center. Thanks again for your service!

It’s a shame we can’t give them 10 stars. This has probably been the best buying experience we’ve ever had. Everyone we worked with at the RV center was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Rob Stowell (our salesperson) was absolutely outstanding. He was always available and treated us as though we were the most important thing he had to do. Perfect follow through and did everything he said he would do and did it when he said he would do it. You want to deal with these people. You won’t be disappointed.

Our experience w R&R was over all excellent. Our parts guy Andrew who really knew his stuff & goes the extra mile in helping. He even found a part they didn’t have, & then called us to make sure where he sent us had the correct part. Until this I thought great customer service was dead. We ended up having to get repairs from their service department which I already had confidents in because of Andrews knowledge & willingness in speaking w the mechanics. Our rep Shirley was good W keeping us informed w progress. The only bad experience we had was picking up the coach w Diane. We live in the coach & been w out it 5 days ,the weather was turning bad it had rained & snowed. When we showed up first thing Diane ask do u have an appointment to pick it up? Never heard of such a thing. We ask questions she couldn’t answer so her tone an actions became very agitative & negative even rolling her eyes to go get Shirley. Diane also said we could talk to the mechanic who we had questions for because we had done the preventative maintenance ourselves. When we started to ask questions, it wasn’t even the mechanic who came out & couldn’t answer any thing we wanted to know about our problem that had been fixed. Except for Diane & her bad attitude being forced to serve us we had a great experience. Andrew was knowledgeable ,helpful & kind going the extra mile, Shirley kept us informed finding out questions we ask and calling us back, & Bryan the mechanic did a great job working on the oasis which there are only a few w training and knowledge to do so. Diane gets an F for her attitude but we will go back and hope if we deal w her again maybe she will be having a better day next time.

Working with Fred to purchase our travel trailer was a outstanding experience. He was informative, personal, such a great person to take us thru the process.
Cori was wonderful, took us thru our mini walkthru with our travel trailer. Knowledgeable, personable, another great experience.
Andrew in the parts department is outstanding. We had so many questions. He took his time with us, explained everything in detail we asked him about. Will definitely deal with him everytime.
The whole experience so far has been fantastic. R and R Rv has exceptional people that work for them. We are so happy we went with them to purchase our travel trailer.
Although we haven't dealt with the service department yet, I am sure we will get the same outstanding customer service.
We are set to pick up our travel trailer in the spring. They are holding it for us until then. What a fantastic company. Will do another review after that time.
To sum it up this far. R and R Rv is an exceptional company. Everyone is so friendly, and knowledgeable for all your RV, and travel trailer needs. We cannot say enough about this company. They are the best we have ever dealt with.
