Good service very small menu I'm guessing it's what the town's folk like lol. I had the pork chops with stringbeans and mashed potatoes with gravy. The porkchop was so tender it could be cut with a plastic knife. And everything was very hot idk if they just cooked it or what. If your ever in the Mount olive area give this place a try. Who the close at 1pm so you might want to go a little early 😆

The country ham and grits were spot on! Good value for your money. The service was good and the staff were courteous and polite. It's a shame that I could only stop in for breakfast, I am betting lunch would have been just as good. Next time I stop in I am going to have to try the biscuits!

This is the cutest little place! We went in for lunch and had great bbq chicken, slaw, and potato salad. It was delicious! We’re headed back Sunday morning for breakfast. It’s everything you hope for in a local restaurant. The service was great, too!
Did I mention the free basket of hush puppies and dessert? We were all full and happy when we left. I believe they are not open on Saturday. Make sure to get there if you can! It’s good country, comfort food.
They are a cash only restaurant, so make sure you have $.

I had the baked chicken plate with green beans and boiled potatoes. Hush puppies and half and half tea with banana pudding for dessert. It was so delicious I ordered the same plate combo again immediately after I was done with the first plate! Now I’m fat and sassy and need a nap! Service was amazing and they made you feel like you were home. What a wonderful place.

Don't let the unassuming and simple atmosphere fool you! Rita's place served up a delicious lunch. Had BBQ chicken and fried trout, the food was great! The fish was excellent! A great value for the money since we got two sides, hushpuppies and banana pudding included in the very reasonable prices. We would eat here again!

Stopped by for breakfast with family as we were driving through. Servers were extremely nice and friendly, food came out fast after we order. Food was absolutely delicious, really tasted like a home cooked meal. Coffee was kind of weak for our tastes but other then that had an amazing experience and prices were very reasonable. If we lived closer we would definitely go back more often, but that being said I think we found our spot for our yearly trip!
