TERRIBLE COMPANY. All these "positive reviews" had to be employees, family, and/or bribed. I had water damage almost a full year later I was billed significantly more than my deductible after being paid by insurance. I had lush carpeting and padding, they provided samples to which we were told to pick a color. We chose a color and indoor/outdoor carpet squares were installed. When I questioned it he said they would correct the seams and we would look again. The seams were better but still no padding and it looked like trash. Then because they failed miserably to install appropriate flooring, my trim was not seated. Their plan was to just reinstall the trim leaving a full inch and a half space to the floor OR have a paint issue. Additionally, the carpet THEY installed which was lamented multiple times by me, wouldn't work on our stairs. Therefore, I had to pay another contractor over 2 k to complete those two jobs. It took them almost a year, finished on 3/7/25 and posted a lien on my home the same day. Furthermore, multiple calls were placed in an attempt to negotiate and come to a compromise/agreement. TRASH is worth more than their work, professionalism, and customer service. I will spend an ample amount of my personal PR and marketing time to ensure no other family falls prey to this predatory company who quite frankly does not care about the people, families, and homes they serve.

Owner was rude terrible attitude and not helping when needed. They offer free estimates and took measurements. When asking for this information for insurance purposes they refused.
I would never refer this company to anyone. Very bad attitude. UPDATE: When trying to explain to this gentleman he would interrupt and wouldn't let me finish. I called them after I had water damage asking if they could check for moisture in the walls. I asked if they did estimates and he said yes. Ater they checked I thanked them and I thought all was good. They recommended removing baseboards and putting fans to help dry out the moisture. This is what I did. Since my roof and ceilings were damaged by water I hired a very reputable Roofing & Construction company to do all the repairs. I was never looking for free work as this gentleman stated. I was asking if they could provide the information on what they found. That was it. This gentleman wouldn't have it. He kept stating "I'm not providing you anything since you didn't hire us. I tried to explain again but I was cut off mid sentence. I finally gave up and started telling him I would not recommend...then click! He hung up on me. So to you sir I cannot believe your response to this conversation to the public. You should at least hear out what a person has to say before you start jumping all over them. If you handled this in a professional way I would have referred you to anyone seeking your services. Good luck to you.

My kitchen ceiling and attic suffered water damage from a clogged pipe. Keyton and his crew came out immediately to address the damage. The crew was very respectful and clean. We appreciate the immediate response and would definitely recommend them to others. However, we are still in the drying process and waiting on our insurance adjuster to come out so we can continue repairs.

So very grateful to Ian and Devontae for the prompt service! We were in the middle of a remodel and water damage was found. Ian got out soon and treated the damage so my workers didn’t have to stop the project. Already feeling better health-wise! In 2019 water damage from a faulty pipe affected the kitchen, living room and other areas. We called Restoration 1. These guys are some of the finest and most professional people you could hope to work with. They were very accurate in the assessment, making it easy for our insurance to work with them. Their restoration of our kitchen and flooring was top notch. They followed through on every detail of the job, including all post-cleanup and unpacking. I cannot say enough good about Adam, Skylar, Billy and the entire R1 crew.

It takes time to restore a home. Our restoration problem occurred when Tulsa had historic rainfall, so R1 had some emergencies, families in real need, which interrupted the schedule once in awhile. I'm thankful they went out of their way to help disaster victims. It could have been us.

We checked more than one restoration company. One of them was a fail at "hello", another as soon as they stepped into our home and started citing conditions, constraints and why they can't do this or that.

So if you're realistic on timelines and patient (or even if you're not), you will find no one better than R1 (and NO, I'm not getting paid to say all this *lol*). Thank you sincerely, R1, from my wife and me.

In 2023 we had an overflow in our kitchen. Restoration 1 did a phenomenal job of getting our home in better shape than before the damage occurred. Adam responded immediately when I called and in panic asked if he could get someone out to fix our water damage. AJ managed the project so well, keeping us well informed. Keandre kept fixes moving along well. Devontae and Shane were great. All in all these are a dream team. Thank you very much.

We had 3 consecutive pipe breaks in our 90 year old house, and Restoration1 came to the rescue to deal with the water damage. Adam and his team sealed off the area, made the plumbing repairs, roof repairs, and remodeled our bathrooms in the process. They did an incredible job, adding significant value to our home! Everyone that visits is in awe of the transformation. They also added a steam shower and a built in hutch for us! Our house is so much nicer because the work they did!

⚠️ Caution: I am a contractor from Honolulu and my in-laws had a shower/tub with mold and leaks. We used Keyton Haverstick for the mold part and then they use Evolve Plumbing with AJ Matos along with Owner of the Company Adam Lambert. The quote for the bathroom had immediate discrepancies. We just had a new born baby and we were very up front about getting this done in a timely fashion. They told us a week with all the parts so we told them; “have all the parts before you start.” Our bathroom sat untouched for weeks after they ripped the walls out. They left a massive Hepa filter in our bathroom for over 3 weeks. We had to cancel other contractors because of how long they took. we had to get gym Memberships to shower. They left material on the side of our house. between the mold guys and the plumbers, nobody had any idea who’s job it was to take the tub out, Restoration 1 had to come back and reapply the Mold paint because it wasn’t done completely the first time. The OWNER Adam Lambert came into our house because we were having such problems with AJ Matos and that was the last we ever heard from Adam. He won’t respond to our calls (He still has yet to call me or the in-laws back)Very sketchy company. Communication was absolutely nonexistent. Keyton and AJ’s guys forgot to put insulation behind the exterior wall so they had to use spray insulation and UPCHARGED US for it!!! I tried to call Keyton on his cell, business phone, email and also called like 6 of his employees over a long period. We ended up kicking the contractors off of the job once the shower was complete and I finished the painting, drywall, and texture by myself. their company has a PO Box so you can’t just drive to the location to get answers. I have photos, emails, texts, and 2 different estimates that I will be sharing with people around the Tulsa area showing how horrible our experience was with Restoration 1 and Evolve Plumbing.
