Having purchased a lot of clothes from Represent, with the clothes being of really good quality, after spending £1,000 in a 6 week period, a simple mistake of using a guest login, Represent then refused to allocate the Prestige points associated to the most recent purchase, when they could see it was purchased in my name, delivered to my address and paid for with the same debit card. To add to this poor experience, it then took a long time to receive a refund for a couple of returned items. I will now think twice of buying direct from Represent.

Ordered 10 items received 4. Was charged for all 10 and they have stopped replying to my emails. Most ordered were christmas presents for family members

I went out in my hat the same day I got it. I got asked if it was fake by a friend. Then informed that the letters are all over.
You don’t even think to look, you expect quality with the prices being paid.
Emailed, messaged on Instagram. Left comments. No one has got back to me. I refuse to pay to return as this is on them. Rubbish quality. The letters are all over.
You think you’re a top brand now. You charge like one but the quality is shocking. You don’t even have a proper website, it’s Shopify.

Someone get back to me about this please or there’s going to be reviews all over.

Long time customer of the brand, visiting the Manchester store could not be a better experience. Shoutout to Faz who helped me today, exchanged an online order with no hassle and couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried! A must visit for any Rep fan!

Ordered a hoody on November 22 and received it on December 4 and then sent it back. Expensive return costs were paid via DHL, but the package arrived in good condition a few days later at represent clo. Now it is January 15 and I have still not received any money (€145) refund and I continue to email and send what's app messages every day but have not received any response back! Really outrageous bad customer service!!!! Just ridiculous! Seems like a scam company! I don't recommend anyone ordering here

I bought from here for my birthday! I ordered a sweatshirt and a t shirt. Unfortunately when received they were too small.

I followed the return process to exchange the items for different sizing. 3 and a half weeks later I’ve still not received what I ordered.

I have confirmation that the items have been received by them. But surprisingly they do not have it and now won’t speak to me regarding the order. They said they won’t be refunding me either. £200 gone to waste. I’m out of pocket with no product and no money. I’ve provided them with every bit of proof I have and that they have asked for. All they’ve said is that they won’t be discussing this matter.

What is going on, such a big brand in high end retailers. How have they scammed me.

bought two of the same hoodies from Represent.CLO firstly because their website had bugs so I mistakenly placed the order for the same product twice. Then I wasnt happy with the quality for the price so I sent them both back and only got refunded for one of the items.

Ive been trying to reach them ever since by emails and no response.

No phone numbers to call all the available numbers dont work. How is this a multi million business?

Bought some items during BF sales. Everything seemed okey. But the product never arrived. They cancelled the order. Returned the money, however, no compensation for the BF sale. Getting answers from their support is impossible.
