Got my belly full at Texas Roadhouse only to come out to leave to a car that wouldn’t start and temperatures outside were below 10 degree. I called several tow truck companies and only three that I called were open on a Saturday, which caught me by surprise. Out of the three companies I called, this one was by far the cheapest. The two other companies wanted an arm and a leg to tow the car not even 10 miles. I went with this company, Redemption. Rich was the guy that answered the phone, quoted me the price, and gave me the time he would be there. He was very prompt, professional, and very friendly. I was going to have the car towed to a mechanics shop, but the mechanic wasn’t open on Saturday. I couldn’t even get an answer that I could drop the car off and leave the keys in a drop box. Rich, the tow truck driver, also has a mechanics shop. He towed the car to his shop and fixed it and we got it back the next day as he promised. He kept in constant contact with us throughout the process. Rich has gained a new customer now for all my vehicles needs. I highly recommend Rich and this company for towing and all your auto repairs. Excellent work and prices. You won’t find lower prices or better quality work.

“WOW” Rich and Eric went above and beyond!! We had a tire blow out on I75 in Ohio and these guys did everything to help us out. They dropped us off at a hotel and put a new tire on so we could get back to Michigan safely. We had a lot of issues trying to get them paid from our insurance co. and they hung with us the entire time (4 hours) dealing with insurance. We appreciate Rich more than I can type on a review. He started of being nice and then turn mean and unprofessional. I Personally do not care to use cash app when dealing with my money but that made him piss. I'm single parent I work hard for money to provide for myself and my children. I dont have money to gamble with so forgive me if I'm scared of using cash app. I will not recommend or use this company ever again even if my life depend on it.

Truck broke down on a trip home to Michigan they got it in and rebuilt almost the entire front right suspension, drivetrain, and braking systems and had it done by the next morning. They were awesome gave me a ride to and from my hotel for the night. Definitely suggest these guys for anyone looking for a good deal and great service.

Rich the owner was amazing. My car left me stranded. He came out on a Friday night. Towed the car to his shop to diagnose the problem. He offered to drop me off at home or let me use a loaner car till mine was fixed. He was not only able to diagnose but fix my problem within hour. Very trustworthy and kind.

My husband used their service because he got stranded on the side of the road. Was told tow would only be $75 if he let him do the repair work. He agreed, tow bill ended up be more. Truck was at the shop for 7 weeks before we picked it up. Never received a call once. My husband always had to call. We finally pick it & drove it home. Drove it to work the next day & fluid sprayed everywhere from out of the rear differential. He called the owner back & a tow truck came to the house & got it, gone another week. Again my husband had to call to find anything out. Pick it up a 2nd time & get it home & this time fluid is again leaking from the differential cover. Called the owner back & 4 days later still no response. They also destroyed the brand new seat cover I bought my husband for Christmas to put in the truck it now has grease stains in several places. Had to take it to a different repair shop & found out the cover was never put on correctly. It has to be welded on & they used JB Weld instead. So I had to fork out more money because it was never fixed correctly. I also have pictures as proof of all of this

We had a tricky tow and Rich (the owner) showed up himself in the middle of a snow storm after TWO other companies failed to tow our car after it died in a parking lot.
Took great care of us and made sure our car got where it needed to be safely without any damage.
I will only call this company moving forwards for any of my roadside help.
