Justin handled my severance negotiations, and I could not be happier with the outcome. Justin is highly professional, always punctual, and an excellent communicator.

What I appreciate most about him is his balanced approach—he’s confident in his expertise but never overly optimistic. He tells you the truth, not just what you want to hear, which I really respect. I’m also very selective about who I work with and trust with my family’s interests (I actually let go of the first attorney I hired at another firm), but Justin absolutely earned that trust.
