Mi marido viajo por negocios a Newcastle y yo lo acompañe ya que luego seguiamos a Londres por placer. No conciamos este hotel y lo reservamos por recomendación de la empresa que ibamos a visitar.||Solo estuvimos una noche pero si hubieramos permanecido más no me quejaria. La habitación era grande y nos dieron una con vista al río. El aire acondicionado se manejaba de la habitación y habia cafe y te complementarios. El baño era pequeño pero no al punto de ser molesto.||El desayuno costaba 7 libras pero si no quiere tomarlo dentro del hotel esta la cadena Costa Cafe y puede desayunar ahi. Esta cadena tiene buen cafe y precios razonables.

Primera sensación negativa: Entrada incomoda e impropia de un hotel, recepción minúscula y con trato muy frío, inexistencia de salón o zonas comunes para descansar. Estuvimos 3 noches, la primera en una habitación muy pequeña y fria, fuera del estandar de esta cadena. Sensación positiva: Pedimos el cambio al día siguiente y se nos concedio, habitación muy grande sobre el rio, aunque muy ruidosa pues estaba mal insonorizada y se oia todo el trafico.||Ojo con las habitaciones laterales que dan al puente, hay cientos de gaviotas en nidos, muy ruidosas día y noche. ||El hotel no queda bien bien en el centro, está abajo en el rio, 15 minutos caminando hasta Monument Square.||Las ascensores y los pasillos requieren de limpieza y mantenimiento, las habitaciones están bien, pero ojo porque hay mucha diferencia de tamaño entre ellas.||Me parece que hay mejores opciones en el centro de Newcastle.

Had a wonderful stay here. Excellent location, I would definitely stay here again. Room was large and comfortable. Could hear gulls but once the window was closed it was soundproofed. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Not too much further to the station and the other way to shopping. I had a wonderful, memorable stay here that I will always treasure! Hope to be back soon!

Rooms a bit dated but fabulous view and clean and decent.
Staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and very friendly. Even set up a birthday table for me to open my birthday presents with family this morning. Stayed in way more expensive all over the UK and premier inn always has the best standard and nicest staff. Will definitely stay here again.

This is the worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs.||The entire building is in a disgusting state. Walls, floors and paintwork were dirty and worn.||The room hadn't been cleaned properly. Dirt and bits of tissue around the room and the carpet was very grubby.||Bathroom damp and shower alternated between freezing and scalding, making this unusable. Floor coverings were peeling away.||There was only approx 40cm between the bed and the wall. I'm a very petite person and found I had to squash out sideways to get in and out of bed.||The lighting was dim and created a dismal atmosphere. ||The window was so dirty you could hardly see out. No double glazing, so was cold and let lots of noise in.||No USB chargers and the entire room was cramped.||I frequently use Premier Inn, both personally and for work and have travelled to hotels around the UK. I book because I have found rooms to be extremely clean and great value for money. This is by far the worst I have stayed in. ||I didn't think I'd need to read the reviews on Trip Adviser before booking, as I believed this would be of the expected standard for Premier Inn - i.e. a well-presented budget hotel. ||Had I known this was the state of the hotel, I would not have booked, even if it had been free of charge. ||This was booked as part of a theatre trip for my elderly mother's birthday. The state of this hotel was the only negative aspect on that trip and unfortunately cast a depressing atmosphere on the trip, knowing we were returning to such a dismal place in the evening.||Premier Inn are well aware of the state of this hotel, yet continue to take bookings. This absolutely is not good enough and they are treating loyal customers with absolute disdain in continuing to book out rooms in a hotel that clearly isn’t fit for purpose and requires a full refurb.

We have stayed here MANY times before.
It is always such a lovely place to return to.
The rooms are always clean, tidy, warm and cosy.
We really enjoy returning here. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, we even managed to extend our stay by one night without having to change rooms which was brilliant.
Lovely breakfast and I recommend their evening meals too.

GRIM.... This is by far the worst premier inn I've ever stayed in. Dated and tired rooms. Disgusting bathroom, warped floors & mould. There was clear signs the curtains have never been cleaned (god knows what was on them) The bedside light fittings had bogies on them. It was very unlike premier inns I've stayed in before. This is a shame as the location is great. Breakfast was ok. Reception service was lackluster, no smile, no welcome. Stayed here for one night on business. Won't be back.
