Brett and Andrew are nothing short of spectacular. They both are interested in customer service more so than making a sale, and I was buying a used car (not a Porsche, I wish :). I have purchased plenty of cars at dealerships and the experience has been stressful and borderline predatory. I have never had a truly pleasant experience at a dealership until i came to Porsche Spokane. We first worked with Brett who was helpful and created a very welcoming environment. Our second visit we worked with Lucas and Andrew helped out. Lucas was super helpful and found us the perfect Porsche to fit our needs. It truly checked all the boxes and he made sure to show us all of the features beforehand. Talking to Andrew was super helpful. He had tons of information that helped us feel really good about the purchase. All in all they let the cars speak for themselves, which they do, without a pushy experience. The facility is gorgeous and provides a truly elevated shopping encounter. Highly recommend.

Worked with Porsche Spokane (specifically Brett Bohlman) to purchase a new Macan EV and the experience was exceptional - even though I am in Redmond, so this was a long-distance relationship! FIrst of all, when I tried to order the car from one of the local dealers (Bellevue, Seattle, Tacoma) they wouldn't even allow me to put my name on the pre-order list without a significant deposit. Brett gave me a build slot immediately with no deposit required, helped me configure the car, and kept me updated over the next few months. Once the car arrived, he arranged a "cross-state" delivery and then continued to be attentive and engaged as I configured and learned about the car. All in all, I highly recommend Porsche Spokane - even for those of us on the "west side" of the state!

I highly recommend working with Andrew Maher and the team at Porsche Spokane! I was an out of state buyer and was looking for my first 911. Andrew was extremely helpful in answering all my questions over email and text as well as providing pictures and video of the 911. I told him I had to see the car in person and drive it since it was used, and he held the car while I got a plane ticket to fly over to Spokane.

Andrew was an excellent salesperson and I never felt any pressure to purchase the car. He sent me a shuttle to pick me up from my hotel and let me test drive it as soon as I got there. He was truly knowledgeable and passionate about all things Porsche and even an owner himself. Andrew was able to work out a great deal and even give me some recommendations around Spokane to see before I left. I will certainly be working with Andrew in the future for whatever Porsche comes next.

Purchased my Subaru STi from Porsche a few years ago. Needed a repair and thought who better to take it to than the very people who sold me my extended warranty. Received BEYOND good customer service from Chais Anderson! From start to finish- he made each step easy. The simplest car repair experience I’ve ever had. Called in, and was able to drop my car off the next morning. Within hours- I had a diagnosis. Chais advocated to the warranty company on my behalf the whole time. He saved me every dollar he could, and was happy to do it. His communication was clear and concise through each step- even the uncomfortable worst case scenario talk. I was never in the dark about what was happening, and never once had to ask for an update. Chais provided top quality high end dealership service even though I don’t drive a Porsche. Solid dude. Give him a raise 😉 have to also give a huge shout out to Marton, the talented tech who fixed my car. It’s honestly never felt more solid! Thank youuu 🩷

I've purchased four Porsches from this dealership. Each experience was a true pleasure. Andrew is a fantastic salesperson to work with, a true enthusiast in his own right and very helpful. Ben was super great in helping spec a Cayenne for my wife that was just perfect. The service department has always treated me very well, and have been extremely accommodating to me when I need service on the way to or from a track event with my RS. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anybody looking for their next Porsche. These guys are truly next level, without all the pretense of a big city dealership.

We appreciate the quality and driving capabilities of our cars, they require maintenance performed by qualified technicians, which I have only found at Porsche of Spokane

I'm a new Porsche owner. I brought in a 2010 Porsche Panamera Turbo for an inspection and then again for work on the transmission and infotainment system. Many dealerships refuse to service performance and luxury vehicles this far down the road. Porsche will take care of their cars deep into their lifespan. I had great help from my service rep Chais, who was even able to give me a loaner car when I really needed it. Great coffee machine too.
