Impossible to get an appointment, even after i saw Dr Rendell and she told me I could see any doctor and would be able to get possibly same day appointments in the future. Now Dr Rendell is not even listed with the other doctors. What's going on? I waited so long for an appt and then they called yesterday and pushed it back another two weeks and told me there were NO other doctors to cover the NP I finally got an appt with. I really regret switching my primary care to this practice. Look elsewhere if you can, urgent care is better than this place. Like trying to see the Wizard of Oz!

When it comes to patient care, this might be one of the best doctors office Penn Medicine!

I work in healthcare and with Penn, so I understand that sometimes you can’t provide great patient care because you’re so burned out. My original now “old” doctors office is a family medicine practice at Penn, and I’ve been a patient for 10+ years. The care with my provider was so/so. Like I said being in healthcare I didn’t really expect anything special. Most of the times I would leave my visits with a slight feeling of being gaslit and unheard. Which then made me feel “crazy” because I knew “something” wasn’t right, but my provider didn’t “see it”.

Now it’s late March, and I had my first appointment in this practice in the beginning of March and right away Ayan Ali ( a resident) got down to business. She listened to me, and came up with a plan. After getting my blood work I finally had a name for what was causing me issues. Than a few weeks later I met with another provider Abigail (Nurse practitioner) and she was amazing as well, and explained everything happening in a way for me to understand. Then I had a phone call from another resident Anthony Angueira and he called a few times ( which most providers hardly want to pick up the phone let alone call you) just to make sure I knew how to take my meds and ect.

At this point I was like maybe it’s too goo to be true. There had to be a bad apple so where, right? So I had a Tele-health appointment scheduled and I was waiting on call for almost an hour. That’s when I started to think to myself “back to normal healthcare”, but then I found out there was a mix up and my Tele-health appointment looked like a RPV on their end, and it looked like I did a no show. So when Marta Pulaski joined right away she was so apologetic you could see it all in her face. She set another attainable plan for me. I am so grateful for coming to this office! Within a month I received the best healthcare in my entire life. Take that in and read it again. Within four weeks I was listened too, finally had a name to a dx and stared a treatment right away!

This is the best practice I have attended in my life. They have wonderful and very experienced and skilled doctors there. They also have urgent care appointments available for illnesses that can't wait for regular appointments. I recommend them to everyone that asks for a good doctor. They are also warm and caring like a family.

It's always scary to visit a new doctor to establish care, particularly as a woman with chronic pain. I LOVE it here. I felt validated and cared for. Considerate staff, great patient experience!

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a hospital I’ve been extremely sick with stomach problems lost over 10+ pounds because I can’t hold any liquids or food on my stomach I’ve been in and out of the er 6 times in a month im not getting any better and penn keeps pushing my appointments weeks ahead it’s been almost 2 months trying to get any help from penn and they just keep doing the bare minimum.
