We had a mother who my son who is deaf, was taking care of for our neighbor who was never there. She gave birth to 11 puppies. Three of them died eight of them except for one was not in good health. We were trying to bring it back to life we bought the puppies here Because we could not take care of them. The owner did not care. This place was empathetic and very caring, my son who cares personally about animals was very relieved. This place is awesome. I will recommend them to anybody thank you for your love your attention and your sympathetic ways. May God bless Cathy, the woman who helped us.🤟🏼🙏

Took our dog here to get his rabies vaccine. The online scheduling was easy although you have to schedule very far out since they only hold their vaccine clinics twice per week. The process of checking in be very slow with workers having a lot of side conversations and people coming unprepared, but once you do get checked in your dog/cat get taken in quickly for their shots. Also important to note that if you pay with a credit or debit card you get charged a convenience fee, so bring cash if you want to save a few bucks.

First I know mostly volunteers work with the public and am grateful for their service. I have been there twice in the last week. I found a dog that I wanted that was only there a few hours and was still damp from a flea dip. I proceeded to go to the front desk with the volunteer to put a hold to adopt. Everything was fine but when the volunteer left, the lady said a hold was already placed .Seemed very odd. I went to Tampa Bay humane society earlier that day and the process is so much better. Instead of having to wait an hour for a volunteer to show you dogs, Tampa just had you look by yourself and pull the dogs paperwork if you're interested. Such a better and more efficient way to use your volunteers and making the experience more pleasant. Pasco county management should look what Tampa Bay humane society is doing so that errors don't frequently occur. Also the first come first serve policy doesn't insure the dog doesn't end up back at a shelter. Some vetting of the adoption process would help.

There is a stray Cat that my Cat Lucky use to hang with that I feed & look out for {Lucky passed last year}, I saw this Cat had a eye problem. Probably got into it with another stray. I brought this Cat in yesterday to P.C.A.S. and the women there were AMAZING! I can't thank Sam {Front desk girl}, Jess {The Manager} & Dr. Glenn enough for helping me getting this Cat the help it needed & being sweet, professional & kind hearted towards me & my concerns & lol for informing me that the Cat is actually a male...
I have to go bring back the cat in a week for a check up. hopefully this cat's eye can be saved! I can't give these ladies enough praise! {Pic taken 2-3 weeks ago} The cat hangs out by my little boy's grave...
