Every time I stop in for something I am amazed by the customer service. Today didn't disappoint either. I was concerned about a battery / electrical issue, Mike help my disabled self in getting it sorted and went the extra mile. Always helpful and informative.

For the manager that is above Kodie and for management of O'Reilly. Quick question that I already know the answer to but will ask anyways. Is O'Reilly in the business of selling used parts that are advertised as new? I didn't think so because that would be I think illegal. So now that we have set the stage. I come to your store and purchase a part that is $200.00 listed as new in the box and comes with the extra parts needed to do the job right. Employee pulls the part sets it next to the register, and I notice that the box has been opened but had been retaped at some point. I ask your employee about the box being opened. They say ohh no, that happens all the time it's fine. I don't feel comfortable with that and ask can we open it to confirm. We open the item and your employee stated yup looks just like it should. Me not knowing what it should look like takes your employees word on it since you know they work at a parts house. So I take it and get to the point of installing said part on vehicle. I pull the part out and unwrap the plastic and cardboard and what do I find...... a used part and half of the extra hardware that was supposed to come with it that was used also. So now I'm super happy that I just got scammed by O'Reilly. I box the part back up and come back to your store. This is where things get fun. I tell Kodie he sold me a used part and that I need another one. He flat out says I can't do anything. I don't have a manager here. So I question him that he can't do anything, you can't call another store, you can't call your manager, you can't call another manager, you can't call the other store that has another part and see if it's good and that we need it. He literally says no, that is your problem you need to call then because you should have know the part was bad in the box before you left the store. You know the part that was sold to me as new that YOUR employee looked at and said was good. You know that part. I have to say that if this how you run a business how are you still in business. Ohh must be because you scam your customers and cheat them out of their money, that ontop of just absolutely fantastic customer service. Seriously, do better O'Reilly. Might want to think about Kodie's time with your company because it's a direct reflection of you and your business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT

So thankful for this store. I needed help during a long road trip, and they answered all of my questions. Their hours are very convenient. I highly recommend this business. And thank you Braden for your kindness and assistance!!

My battery was acting up, and was on my way out of town. I swung in and asked Dominic if there was anyway he could check it. He pleasantly replied in the affirmative, grabbed the equipment needed and ran out to check it.

It showed it still had a little life but because of his “can do” attitude and my travel plans, I purchased a new battery. He quickly installed it and had me on my way. Fantastic customer service.

ABSOLUTELY the rudest! Would not honor price match... Same product I had to find on my phone after the "lady" claimed she could not find it after minutes of looking. Seemed annoyed that I even asked. I had ordered the part and returned to pick up part. 1st associate was kind and helpful mentioned they price match. When I returned (second time) some hatchet 🪓🪓🪓 interrupted and almost enjoyed making the process impossible... Walked away as she spoke to Napa store? Returned claiming only a 1 year warranty... Which didn't work!!!! Never returning!!!

I went in yesterday morning around 9 AM after my check engine light came on, toddler in tow. The associate couldn’t have been less enthusiastic to help. First, he gave the older gentleman in front of me a hard time for paying with cash because his till wasn’t ready yet. Mind you, at this point they had been open for an entire hour. The associate asked the older gentleman if he had a card and the older gentleman rightfully said, “why do I need a card when I’m paying with cash?” When it was finally my turn, he sent me outside with the diagnostic tool to run an engine test on my own car. I was clearly flustered, had no idea what I was doing, and again, had a toddler in tow. He goes “there’s directions on the sticker.” Not sure if the associate was just having a bad day or was a genuinely awful person. If you can, drive somewhere else for help. Worst customer “service” ever!

I stopped into this location on my way out of town to grab me some new wiper blades as mine were no longer getting the job done and this sweet girl named Emily I believe helped me out. She was such a sweetheart. Great customer service. Thank you so much.....
