I came to this location for help to transfer my Optimum account. I tried calling the hotline number, and it was a much more complicated operation. I arrived at this location on a late weekday night, and Andrew was very helpful with regard to his ability to get me the lowest possible rate. Andrew assisted me to get through this process without any stress. Moreover, Andrew was not only supportive, but he was a positive and amiable individual.

I truly have no words for this company other than trash. I call the board of public utilities at least 2 times a year to report them. This company has incompetent workers in the field and for “troubleshooting” if you can get any service other than optimum I bet you to!

I am appalled at the Optimum Customer Service. I called and asked for a refund because I didn't have service all on Christmas Day. I received a text saying they were aware of the outage. I tried to call. There was a 2 hour wait. I opted for the return call. When they did, I was unable to answer it. It went to an AI text message. I just tried calling today for a refund. The lady was very nasty. She told me since I didn't report it, I was not entitled to a refund. I asked her why I needed to report it when they were the ones that contacted me to tell me that there was an outage. I read her the text. She abruptly hung up on me. I have never experienced such rudeness. What is going on with people So unprofessional!

Andrew truly showed so much kindness and patience. I went in to cancel my mother’s service because she had passed away. But still needed to have internet service until I figure things out. After listening to my concerns, he resolved not only my original concern but also took care of transferring my mother’s phone number so that I was able to keep her phone line open. Andrew showed so much compassion by finding solutions that took off 2 heavy burdens off my shoulders. Thank you Andrew for helping me through this confusion and explaining all the steps clearly for me a few times.
