Joe was quick and thorough! Even though I hadn’t moved in yet and he was working with my son; he followed my concerns to the letter. He found the pet spots that we didn’t even notice. According to Joe, when the vinegar-water solution came in contact with those areas they give off a distinct odor that his nose picks up instantly. He then gives those areas the treatment specific to those type problems. Even if you don’t know every spot where your pet had an accident, Joe can find them. Pets or no pet On Demand Carpet Care is the company you need to get your floors, carpet and rugs smelling and looking clean.

Absolutely great experience from the first call to the finished service. Joseph returned calls quickly, the cost was very reasonable, and the final product was excellent.
