I'm renovating my basement and Carlos from Novatech was recommended by my home inspector who had tested my tiles for asbestos.

Carlos came to my home to check out the area and went over, in detail, the entire process from submitting the permit, how long the work would take and what would be done both during and after the removal. He explained everything and answered any questions I had, making sure there was no confusion about the process.

It was a wonderful experience to have Novatech do the work and Carlos was easily reachable to answer any other questions that came up. When the job was complete and I was able to go in the basement again it looked amazing. Novatech went above and beyond my expectations. The floor was sealed and looked immaculate. We also had dirt and debris from the renovation that Carlos and his team took with them, leaving the basement cleaner than I expected.

I highly recommend Novatech for any work you need done. They are prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable.
