Went in and a older lady with glasses just rude got upset just cause I asked to my loyalty number in and began to lecture me how I do it wrong don’t how else to do it other than get my stuff scanned and tell them I have one complete rude and very poor customer service this employer should not be working the register

Just went in with my roomate to buy a pack of smokes and the cashier working currently who is a older gentlemen and has sold to me plenty of times before just carded me directly after not carding my roommate who happens to be white and I am black, the first time that has happened but not cool at all.

It must be hard working at a gas station with all the different people you get. You guys have excellent customer service! I’ve always enjoyed coming in on my breaks and chatting with all of you at the register. Friendly staff for sure

I worked for a beverage company a couple years ago and sometimes would deliver to this store. One of the ladies, the older lady, always treated me disrespectful, like I was beneath her. I was always nice to her despite the way she treated me; I reported her once. Recently I moved to Liberty Lake, and now, as a customer.. she still treats me with a bad attitude. It is very much unmerited and I feel like she needs to be reprimanded. Tonight will be the last time I spend my money at this store. I only want to support local businesses that have enough sense to treat their customers with respect. Chevron is only a couple blocks away and they have always had the normal, good customer service.

I go in almost daily to the Nom Nom in Liberty Lake, and the old woman in there is very rude every time I go in. This morning I brought in three scratch tickets and forgot to scratch the bar code at the bottom, and she said in a very aggressive tone don’t bring these in if you’re not going to scratch the barcode. I said what did you just say, and she gets even more aggressive and says they are your tickets, not mine, and it’s not my job to scratch them for you. So I asked to talk to a manager, and she said they were not there, so I asked for a number and she said she will not give me the number, then slammed the three tickets on the counter and said take them some place else.
At that point she had two other people who were standing there watching that, and it was very humiliating.
I will never buy from this store again, and I do hope for a call from a manager.

The old lady has a bad attitude, I paid for my stuff I showed her the proof It took the money from me well because it didn't come up on her end after the second transaction he did of course it declined, I have PTSD and she decides to throw her attitude towards me And told me I'm not paying 20 dollars for your stuff, I back to grab the stuff I paid for because I paid for it and I told her I'm. Calling corporate something needs to be done about the new girl and old ladies attitude
