The “new-er” CA/EA is a fraction of the size of SDC or CA James Lovell. Staff are present, professional, kind and effective. Clearly work hard to ensure individuals & families receive maximum benefits, will refer for additional resources and follow up to ensure needs are met.

Very poor customer service!!! When I asked for a name she gave me a #7817 and was very rude! She needs to be in someone's training room not on the phone with concerned customers. Also, I still didn't get any issues resolved and I'm back to square one. I really wish someone other than #7817 reaches out to me.

Great program for the public. We all really do appreciate this service, but I think that they think because they are helping the less fortunate they can be rude and treat you different. They really need to incorporate customer service to make people feel appreciated loved respected and cared for instead of making them feel LIL like nothing because they have less. You come to help but not in the right way and that’s not right. If your going to help someone do it right and from your heart! These places really make people feel like a number I the world! It’s just not right.

Why nobody answers the phone during business hours? It could be any time of day. It makes you hold as if you’re gonna talk to someone only for it to ring then you’re asked to leave a message. Ain’t no tellin how long it take someone to call back this is horrible. Then again what is there to expect when needing assistance

I thank God for the help I received from here and worker Crystal, my furnace was 22yrs old and wouldn't come on the coldest days, I paid for costly repair every year. Now they install me a New one no cost to me!! Thank you God bless
