Riley Wilson was our sales rep and he made us feel comfortable and at ease. I have purchased numerous vehicles in my life and this was the easiest and most stress free experience I've ever had and purchasing a car can be very stressful. Riley is at the top of his game at Mercedes Benz and I'd recommend him for anyone wanting to purchase, trade or lease a vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Spokane!

This is my experience, not my opinion. Your experience may be different.

SHORT VERSION:
Mercedes-Benz of Spokane WA charged me $2,217 for my Sprinter-camper's B service which included an oil change and transmission service. Mercedes-Benz or Raleigh charged me $892 to fix the mess Spokane made.

I'm not a happy camper (sorry, that's an opinion).

LONGER VERSION:
I was still more than 3,000 miles from home when I realized I only had about 200 miles before my Sprinter-camper was due for its B Service. Still under warranty, I headed to the nearest "big city" with a Mercedes dealer. That was Spokane, Washington.

I showed up at Mercedes-Benz of Spokane to make an appointment. I was able to get one just 5 days later. I hung around Coeur D' Alene until my appointment. I was 1st in line when Service opened at 8am. Me and my two dogs were on the road again by 2:45 pm.

The next day, 140 miles away in Libby Montana, a warning message appeared on the cluster telling me my oil level was too high and to reduce it. This is a serious problem.

I pulled over, had lunch, let the engine cool. Rinse and repeat for the next 3,000 miles although the warning mostly appeared when going downhill. In Libby it was a pot hole that triggered it.

3,300 miles later I arrived home and the van has sat in the driveway most of the time since. I've put about 600 miles on locally.

Five months after Spokane, I noticed stains on the concrete under the van. Like I said, it hasn't been driven much; I'm redoing some things in the camper.

The oil level was still too high and I figured it was overflow. I took pictures of fluid on the suspension and transmission pan.

Nine months after Spokane, I'm planning a trip so I needed to get to the bottom of things, I made an appointment to have the oil level and the leak looked at by Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh.

At check-in at Mercedes Benz of Raleigh, the Service Adviser immediately saw that my oil level was too high, even though the engine was cold. I was advised that if the level was not reduced, I could blow the engine.

Several hours later the Service Advisor informed me they had siphoned half a quart of oil out of the crank case but, being overfilled was not the source of the fluid leak. It was transmission fluid that was leaking.

Oh $hit😩 Do you remember me saying my B Service at Mercedes-Benz of Spokane included an oil change and transmission service?

With a side trip to the service bay, the Sprinter mechanic showed me where the transmission pan gasket was installed improperly; that it had "folded" and wasn't making a liquid tight seal.

I've been leaking transmission fluid for 4,039 miles, all the way from Spokane.

Mercedes-Benz of Spokane WA charged me $2,217 for my Sprinter's B service which included an oil change and transmission service. Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh charged me $892 to fix the mess that Mercedes-Benz Spokane made.

To summarize: Not only did Mercedes-Benz of Spokane overfill the engine oil, they messed up the transmission service as well and I get stuck paying twice. Mercedes are expensive to maintain, I knew that when I bought the van but paying to repair the repairs?

I'm not a happy camper (again, sorry, that's an opinion).

I pulled up to Mercedes Of Spokane with my husband, feeling caught off guard and frustrated from another transaction that did not happen earlier in the day. We were greeted by a very nice employee named, Andrew. He was so inviting and very knowledgeable about everything Mercedes and even offered us coffee. We told him what our budget was and what vehicle we wanted to see and he was very accommodating. We saw the vehicle and Andrew pointed out all the nice accessories that it came with. Well we decided we wanted it!! We went back to his office and we made the deal. It was the least amount of time I have ever spent at a dealership. No tricks, no wasting our time, just very friendly and efficient service. It was a very smooth process and I absolutely love my new ML350. I would highly recommended Mercedes Of Spokane and ask for Andrew!!!

Our company's sprinter van had an issue with the turbo while on the way to an important meeting in Seattle, and the staff went out of their way to help with the issue and get us back on the road.
Derek Ayton was extremely helpful and literally walked me to the parts department to gather necessary parts to quickly facilitate the repair. This type of service goes beyond expectations and was also late on a Friday afternoon.

Had a fantastic experience working with Francesco to purchase my new car. We had been in contact for awhile, him sending me video and photos of new inventory I might be interested in before finally getting the time to come in to shop. Francesco was very professional, friendly and easy to chat with, never made me feel like I had to make any snap decisions when I was deciding between cars, and stayed late to show me all of my new cars features the day I finally decided to buy. He’s a fantastic salesperson and I would recommend him to anyone hunting for a new Mercedes.

Look we’ve all experienced the pushy car salesman type…it’s really annoying right? These guys were the total opposite. Absolutely top notch level of service but with a level of professionalism I have not encountered in my car shopping experience. They were actually cool during the whole process…..never been able to say that before. Nice work Mercedes team keep it up!

Wanted to get my wife something, and we found a used Mercedes at this location. I’ve never had such a great experience, we worked with Andrew, and Lincoln. Andrew sent my wife videos of car and pictures and was attentive to any questions she had. Not only did Lincoln get us an amazing deal but the car, they even delivered it to us at home. We never had to step foot in the dealership. Easiest car purchase. Highly recommend them.
