I encountered a Medsafe vehicle on the 405 freeway around 11:48 am while heading southbound. The driver crossed over the solid line into the carpool lane, even though I was already close to another vehicle in that lane. This kind of reckless driving is concerning, especially for a company responsible for transporting people. If this is how Medsafe operates on the road, I would seriously question their ability to ensure the safety of their passengers. I don't think I can trust them for transportation.

The company I was using called last minute to say they couldn’t keep our appointment! So, I frantically called around. MedSafe was a lifesaver! They answered my call late at night and they were able to accommodate my grandma for her scheduled dialysis appointment the next day. My grandma, who is not the easiest person in the world to please said the driver was “very friendly, on time, and polite!” She told me she only wanted to work with this company from now on - so we switched.

MedSafe is dependable and the drivers are nice. I needed transport for my o who lives in Los Angeles on short notice. I was able to arrange a ride for her. Booking it was easy. The van was clean and the drivers were nice and concerned about her safety. I highly recommend this company!

My family had an absolutely amazing experience when we need a transportation company the most.

My mom had fallen on a cruise ship and broke her Fibula. When we docked, we thought we could put her in my car and go straight to the hospital. After much thought we thought that this wouldn't work so I started looking for a Transporation Company early that morning and was thrilled to come across MedSafe Transportation.

This was on an early Saturday morning and the owner picked up right away and told me that he would have a van there within an hour and that is exactly what he did.

The owner was awesome to deal with and made it painless for us.

The driver was so kind and took us right to the hospital and helped us each step of the way,

The owner (Allen) even followed up with us after we arrived.

If you ever need a Transporation company this is the company that you want and need.

So grateful we discovered MedSafe. They have such courteous drivers. They’re always on time and were super patient when putting my dad on the stretcher, and allow me to travel with him in the van for free to Davita. There have been times when our dialysis appointments ran longer than expected but the drivers waited. Thanks for your kindness!

Medsafe transported my 97-year-old mother who is bedbound, over 65 miles and it could not have gone better. The owner Alan was in constant contact with me, I knew when they arrived, when they left, and when they were arriving at the new location and they were very kind and considerate to my mother throughout the entire trip. I am forever grateful for their expertise, professionalism and kindness They showed to my mom and to me. I highly recommend his company to anybody considering transporting an elderly family member. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Would leave no stars if possible. JJ and Allen have to be the most useless workers I have ever encountered.

The drivers are outstanding, caring, and wonderful.

JJ and Allen make the process 100 times more difficult to appreciate the hard working drivers.

Every. Single. Time. We need gurney transportation they give us and the insurance company a run around for several days before finally doing their job. Every time is a problem. They refuse to call the insurance companies claiming they never get through but I get through in about 10 minutes. Allen proceeded to cuss me out and laugh then deny services. Both are rude, lazy, and disrespectful. I have never ever seen such rudeness and unprofessionalism to avoid doing a job they are being paid to do.

Some issues we’ve run into are:

1. Having a scheduled ride then calling before appointment time to have them tell us they ‘don’t service Granada hills’ (then deny they’ve ever said anything like that)

2. Won’t call insurance but won’t talk to patients directly. (They change those rules when they feel like it)

3. Won’t follow up on urgent things just send an email, no phone calls, no further emails, just assume and no follow up because they are too lazy to do their job

4. Cussing at obviously upset customers instead of fixing it and coming to a solution.

They have made me understand why people would rather die than deal with this kind of aggravation. I’m really struggling to understand how someone in a position to help would rather make this process harder instead of helping.

Always on time. Was recommended by me the dialysis clinic because they said they've been using them with other patients for years and are great.  I was concerned to change to a new company but I am pleased I did.
