Any place that makes an appointment should honor it or call you to say you are running late. This place is gross and disgusting. Carpets are soiled, it smells. There is no parking. Been sitting here an hour past my appointment time and they are just spinning the wheel of excuses. They are fully aware of my disability with severe back pain and to make some sit here, this long is torture.

Let’s make this more difficult for everyone and have people repaving the ONLY walkway, and making it impossible for people in a wheelchair or walker to get through. This should be obvious but apparently it isn’t. Top it off with the construction team getting mad and giving you a hard time when you step where you think is dry.

Please ? don't go to this place they say my son was fine and he lose his Doctor who keep him under control this was two years ago and now my son is very bad I feel a little
scare because we need to sleep and we don't know what is happening in his mind i see his face and his attitude and i know he is not fine. I am not
lying but final next month he will get a new Doctor after two years is why I say please don't go to this place (((Ms Moreno))) was the one to be specifically....

I was told to go there to get a psych evaluation for my SSI claim. The "psychiatrist" was a rotten POS wanting one word answers from me for complex questions. She's been doing this far too long and is jaded and should go somewhere and retire!

I had to go in for a SSI disability exam, and the woman who did my psych evaluation was horrible to me. She asked the questions with a condescending and aggressive tone. She would raise her voice and ask me again before I even had the time to say "um." I could not think. She was asking me to recount the most traumatic experiences of my life, but wouldnt even give me a moments pause to begin the story or explain. She interrupted me constantly. She gave me so much attitude that I burst into tears, and as the appointment progressed, I had a panic attack. I can not believe that a person in a mental health field would ever treat a person that way, and I hope that my experience in her office doesn't negatively affect the outcome of my claim. Cried the whole way home.

I did not go to my appointment today because when I went over there to make sure it was safe a little over a month ago it looked like a medical billing scam. I am going to go to LAPD Van Nuys next week and file a police report. The paperwork had so many typos and did not look like any review papers I have been sent by SSA before. And to make it worse Social Security is closed until further notice so I could not even go in and check to make sure it was legit, change offices, days, times, anything. I had a bad feeling about this review and filed a discrimination complaint against Ms. Moreno with SSA.gov. I was reviewed twice between 2015 and 2016. That was only about four and a half years ago. Both times I was approved because I had been in the hospital twice in that 365 day period. I feel that what they are doing is intentional infliction of emotional distress and I am going to go in front of a judge about it. I have had a case with SSA for over twenty years. I have not slept more that three hours a night in a week. Leave Me Alone! Please!

Their just doing their job however these are SSA's go to people. They represent SSA not you. If you have a claim you will need doctors, attorneys, and paperwork with you. Med Pro will only report the symptoms of what ever you have and not a diagnosis. Visit your doctor for a diagnosis first and ask for blood work so that you can personally see what you have. If you have a primary physician this should be the first thing they do. If they don't they should not have their license or don't have one yet.

Disgraceful, this establishment is contracted by SSA to handle reviews for disabled people, they are most irresponsible negligent and fraudulent in their ‘doctors) reports for the SS review interviews. This 10 minute interview and inaccurate fraudulent reporting results in long term negative affects and unfavorable outcomes in decision-making of benefits for DISABLED people. The manager Adrian failed to respond. They don’t disclose their corporate information either. However, they will reported and I urge the public to be aware of false review reports, misquotations and notations whether intentional or not, in regards to the SSA process and slim chance of fair due process. This is not to say all Doctors are dishonorable or negligent, the one that I encountered was. This review is to make those claimants aware and hopefully serve as a warning to this establishment that ignoring the concerns brought to your attention will eventually need to be corrected, for the sake of truth and legalities concerning medical oaths.
