called at 5p for a ride from a will-call. dispatch was super rude and didn't bother to tell me it would be 2 hours until the driver showed up at the surgical center so I could go home. driver was nice when he showed up but don't rely on them for a specific time for pickup/dropoff.

If I could give this place negative stars that what I would have done they were late picking my up for my surgery. Then they claimed that they came to pick me up after my surgery when I woke up no one was there they said they waited 30 minutes and left. How can this “business” treat people like this they are horrible if you want services to and from surgery I WILL NOT recommend them. Unless you want to be in pain waiting for a lift that will never show up. Instead my doctor and nurses from the procedure drove me home thanks goodness for them.

This company is not concerned wether their clients make it to their appointments or home. They overbook pickups, making it impossible for drivers to pickup clients on time, causing them to miss their appointments or to just be skipped. They leave clients waiting for hours for a ride back home. No courtesy call letting them know what's going on .Drivers are expected to drive anywhere from 3-17 hours without brakes and don't get bonus pay as promised. Very unprofessional, unorganized and hostile environment. Don't recommend this company for employment or trust them to take care of your family that desperately need a ride to the doctors office.

I started my 3 day driving training. Driver and I went to pick up a client in Rosebud Texas and transport her to scott and white clinic in temple Texas. everything was okay untill we got halfway to Temple texas when i informed driver that I need to use restroom at first station he comes to. After I used restroom, i get call by HR coordinator. coordinator asked what happened and I explained what happen and then I told her it won't happen again.
What does she do is fire me.
Policy involving restrooms needs to be changed. We are humans that need to use restrooms. We are not robots that run 24/7 non stop
I was wrongfully terminated and would like my job back

I have to tell you all about a wonderful driver named Joey..... I have rode with him a few times now but this is about 2 rides in particular that actually had to do with some wheelchair clients of his. He is so extremely gentle with them and lets them know each of his movements before he does them....so that i assume they won't be startled... 1 was a little one .... He even made sure they were EXTRA secured and locked in place! In today's world to see care for strangers is wonderful! I hope to have many more rides with HIM/ Joey! He also has been on time taking and picking me up! He has became my favorite driver ! Not because of the ride for me ( although it was great too) but because of his kindness his gentleness with his wheel chair bound clients.. And did I mention his car is always clean and I literally saw him sanitize it after I got out ? If was my wish on any Monday appmnts I would love fr him to be my driver!💙 plus a shout out to his boss and trainer Joel thank you so much!

Booked a ride 1 week ago. Called when I needed to leave to get to Dr appointment sat on hold 35 mins just to be told my ride was rerouted to someone else. This is the third time this has happened. I'm telling everyone do not use this service

I'm a caregiver for a man, the driver, Alex was early and we were in the middle of dressing him, the driver said he would wait 15 minutes then he was leaving. I got this elderly man ready, tha man watched me struggle with the wheelchair getting out of the door, offered no help, then gets the man to the appointment and because Alex, would have to wait alil after to make sure there were no reactions to the vaccination he pulled up, parked I walked over to the van to see what was happening, Alex was extremely rude, told me I'm unhooking him,he's yours, I have other appointments to get to, left us at the hospital parking lot, I called his daughter to see how we were supposed to get him home, she had to call the company to get this man a ride home after being dumped in a parking lot.. I would not recommend this company for anyone's loved one, very unprofessional

Joel the Director of operations was very unprofessional. He became irate and yelled at me when confronted with a new driver losing my sisters seat belt to her wheel chair. For your safety and sanity DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am cancelling all services with this company because of Joel's unprofessionalism. If I could give zero stars I would.
