Muy mala experiencia con esta compañía. Me confirmaron un viaje me dieron un número de confirmación y el día del viaje me dicen que no tienen ningún viaje confirmado y que el número de confirmación es vieja. La persona que me contestó con nombre Melvin fue muy grosero y en lugar de buscar una solución me habló fuerte y me cortó la llamada. Señores de atención al cliente de su bolsillo no se pagan los viajes no sean tan groseros con los clientes por favor.

MAS is not the party who is task to pick you up. Most people who have issue probably didnt realize they can go to MAS website and shedule their own pick up from hundreds of taxi ride choice their own.
No need to call.
My own fav is "NETZACH black car" the driver 99% on time, nice car experience with clean car and you are the only rider (except the ride to city). If they are late, you can call directly to the taxi company. Not the MAS. But The MAS could make the process easier if they have app and nicer customer service. I am also still confused how to claim self drive from mas because the cs doesn't want to explain anything. But overal the taxi ride is great because i pick the right provider. Mas just website to book the ride. And it must be done max 3 days in advance, unless emergency, then the dr need to call them for approval. Below is the netzach website.

This company is an absolute nightmare. Trying to arrange surgery is nearly impossible with their absurd process, especially the ridiculous 2020 form. I've spent hoirs attempting to coordinate everything, only to be denied transportation to a hospital for surgery. To top it off, Supervisor Crystal at med staffing refused to offer any help despite multiple attempts and paperwork being submitted. After confirming everything with the surgeon, they still denied it, citing a 24-48 hour window for Lyft transportation—what a joke. New York’s healthcare system is a disaster, and this service is clearly designed to save money at the expense of patient care. It's all about red tape and neglecting those who need help the most. Completely unacceptable.

The representive I spoke to when I. Called to complain that my ride never showed up was slightly snarky

I was told that it’s not Medicaid’s failure that we aren’t getting to our appointments
It’s the THIRD PARTY cab vendors that are the issue .
Today I missed a very important appointment for surgery because my ride service NEVER arrived . They NEVER called to cancel or even tell me they weren’t coming .
I had to contact Medicaid in return told me “ I should have called when they were 10 minutes late so we could have sent another ride “
In which they don’t understand it would have made me LATE if I waited for another car to be dispatched due to timing .
This has caused and very big inconvenience due to me having to reschedule an appointment for a serious health issue . Medicaid honestly gives 2 shits about us . Unbelievable.

This is not ok and SHOULD not be swept under the rug
