my family has been banking with media city for decades, My first memory’s as a kid were coming into media city on my moms pay days with her not even able to see over the counter. It was such a family feel there, and years later when it came time for me ro start my financial journey, Media city was the first place i thought of. And they didn’t disappoint. Lillys friendly sweet demeanor, but quick and efficient work,, to Jason’s well of knowledge, you have a team that makes you feel like banks used to make you feel like. It’s been thirty plus years and the Media city experience is still the same for me. I know not only is my money safe, but i have people who really care about me!! Thank you Media City!!!

Best bank I've ever had. I've been banking here since 1995. They helped me get a small auto repair loan when I was 18 years old and ever since then they've had my back and my business. At Media City they treat you like a valued member. Since 1995 I've used them for multiple auto loans and now my home loan. What I like most about Media City is that they are nice honest people. Especially Jason in the loan department. He tells it like it is and always makes sure that anything you need goes seamlessly. Thank you Media City for being my bank for almost 30 years!

Worst banking experience of my life. Followed by the worst customer service interaction of my life with their manager Ana. I had a personal line of credit for under a month. And just received a call about my "suspicious activities." Was told that my account is now shut down. Why? Because of a 10k line of credit. Was I in default? Was I late? No, the issue is that I made 10k worth of payments too promptly. Apparently Anna found it reasonable to call that "suspicious activities." She repeated the phrase three times in the first 30 seconds. Oh, and here's a fun one for any potential clients. She said the "normal" way people use loans is to pay the minimum payment each month. Read that again. It's literally the exact wrong way for anyone to ever use a loan. Unless your goal is to go broke. Such a waste of time. I have never been treated with such disrespect in a phone call. Makes me wonder if the same thing would happen to a guy named John Clark if he paid off his 10k loan balance promptly. I plan to make an official CFPB complaint about my experience at this credit union.

I've been with this credit union forever- I first opened my accounts way back when it was still "H & H Federal Credit Union." Even though it is not conveniently located for me, they are my primary bank because they are just that wonderful. I love the personal service that I get with them and I am proud to support this small financial institution.
