This is place is awful. I understand that they are short staffed, but that’s not my fault or my problem. The little woman at the reception desk is as rude as anyone I’ve ever been around in my life. The last time I was here I sat for over 2 hours just to pee in a cup. Which is bad enough, but when I explained to her about a disability I have since having cancer surgery a few years ago she became very belligerent and rude. Today when I reminded her of my disability she acted like I was lying to her. She told me if I pissed my pants while waiting I’d be cleaning it up myself. I’m pretty sure if that happens I’ll be contacting legal counsel.

I was hesitant on this location because of the bad reviews. My experience here was nothing like described in them.
I went for a physical and drug screen. The staff were professional, kind and efficient. I was in and out within 55 minutes.
My advice to the naysayers is to follow the graph on the less busy times and realize if your going during high volume times, expect a longer wait time, just as it is anywhere you go.

My boyfriend went in today and the receptionist started off with an attitude. While he was waiting, a black man came in and was speaking to her, very clearly, and the lady rudely responded back to him “you need to speak up.” After this, an Indian man came in and was speaking to her, to which she responded “I can’t understand you and I’m busy right now.” It’s one thing to be rude but to be obviously racist is a whole other problem. With that attitude, which it seems as other reviews agree with me, I’m shocked she still has a job.

I've been here twice now and I don't see why the reviews are so low. I came in for my DOT med card. I called prior to visiting and spoke with Amanda on the phone. She informed me they were walk in only for this. She said it usually takes about an hour. I went in at around 1220 and filled out my paperwork. I was leaving at 110 with my med card in hand. Everyone was very prompt and we moved they the process quickly.
There's another local one I won't mention that has far better reviews that I've also been to 3x and have waited over 2 hours just to be seen where I got halfway done and was left in a room for an hour waiting for the doctor.
I'll be going to Med 1 Breton for all my physicals and hopefully anything else work related from here on in.

I did not appreciate the care I received here the two times I was here this year. When I say this, I am referring to the staff and how they simply were not friendly nor welcoming with me. My second visit here this year, I had one of the nurses come into the room after doc was all done with me and I asked her a question for clarity and she said “CASE CLOSED” with a specific louder tone as if she was implying something. I know that I respect and honor others well and That still holds true with this team and staff. With that being said, I don’t appreciate how I was talked to here and am not a fan of my experiences here at this Med One. Also, if it’s because you hate your job… why are you there?! Food for thought.
