Just wrote 2 reviews and then read the other reviews. My reviews concerned Dr. Boris, the original doctor who formed the medical group after leaving a huge HMO.Dr. Boris and his then many medical members had exhibited for years before his retirement. I hope Dr. Boris is having a wonderful retirement life knowing he did all he could for those of us in need of his very professionalism and kind medical care.

I will NEVER return to this clinic again. I just received a bill in the mail even though I was given NO form of treatment, and when I had called back to review the results from my visit, the person that handles that department "was not there". Called back again the next day, and they still "were not there". (Called on a thursday & friday). I can afford the $30, but I am very upset because after everything I went through at this clinic (waited in the waiting room for hours to be seen for 5 minutes by a very pushy and snappy doctor), I was not able to have the results of the tests ran during my visit, and I was also not prescribed with any sort of treatment. When my visit was over I was just told to leave and call back. Do not go here, truly it is a joke. The nurses were very polite but overall awful experience and I do not ever want to give them any more of my money.

Great customer service even being short staffed, the wait-time for walk-ins wasn’t too bad and the price for my DOT physical was the cheapest I could find and it was roughly $94. Once I got back in the back I was still treated with great customer service and was done and out of there in less than 20-ish minutes. Very professional and very kind and helpful I’ll definitely be coming back here when my Medical examination expires for sure.🤩🤩🤩🤩👍🏻👌🏻👏🏻

I was very stressed and full of anxiety when I arrived. The receptionist was very pleasant and tried to be helpful despite my poor demeanor. The male nurse was helpful, soft spoken and kind. Dr. Adam's was wonderful! A doctor was finally listening to me. She was able to ease my immediate concerns. I also very much appreciated that she supported the receptionist by letting me know that she thought the receptionist asked me to repeat some things because she knew Dr. Adams was listening. Thank you Med Care Medical staff for taking good care of me.

I wouldn't go to this facility again. I got bad advice and I knew more about what was going on with my health issue than him. I had sent my bill to the insurance and they sometimes take awhile because there are many who use that insurance and over $40, tho I was very ill, they wouldn't see me. I hope they feel bad when that payment comes in. I had a very bad ear ache and clogged ear and I figured they would know enough about that to help me. The largest part of that payment was paid by my 1st insurance. Sad....to turn away I'll people over $40

I came in because I had an infection going on. I paid out of pocket for my appointment.. Doctor came in, had me open my mouth, not even 2 seconds and she was done! She said, “You definitely have SOME TYPE of infection going on”. She did no swab, used no light to actually check my throat, barely got close enough to look inside my throat. She didn't even tell me what was actually wrong. I was very unwell that day and I didn’t even realize until I had left the office that I asked myself why I didn’t question the doctor. How can she prescribe antibiotics for 2 whole weeks without knowing what’s actually wrong. I took the antibiotics as she prescribed and as soon as I was finished all my symptoms came back. I called the office and they said I had to pay for another visit because it had been more than 7 days after my initial visit even though my antibiotics were to be taken for 2 weeks. How could I call before then, if antibiotics should be finished. How would I know there was a problem? I basically paid for a visit, walked out with no diagnosis, was blindly given antibiotics to resolve an issue she didn’t even diagnose to begin with and now Im sick again with the same symptoms. I have been to this office several times before with my husband and daughter and I had never had this sort of issue with other doctors. All the other doctors were more than helpful and the appointments didn’t feel like they were just trying to get us to leave, they were actually trying to help. This experience was far from that. This has honestly been a horrible experience for me because I paid and im back to where I was before. Please beware.

I went in yesterday and saw N.A. Robert Ruiz and couldn’t have been more happier with my visit with him. He was very kind and compassionate. Was able to diagnose my skin rash on my face and sent me off with antibiotic gel prescription.
I have seen him on a couple other occasions as well and have been happy with him each time. 😊

I’ve come here for years and have never had the misfortune of dealing with PA Ruiz, but last week I had to bring my child in for immediate care and ended up with this man. After our experience with him, I filed a complaint against his medical license and through the PA licensing board and am filing reports through every agency available to me. We’ve had great experiences for years here. I have nothing against the staff, but this man was horrible toward my child. And if you read this Robert, you put me in a position where as a mother, I had to be quiet so you wouldn’t hurt my child more. This is a position I will never be okay being in and while you might have gotten away with it while we were under your care, I will never allow a man to get away with the despicable behavior you clearly have gotten away with years with. Shame on you. And shame on Med Cate for keeping a PA with this behavior towards those in need and distress. My husband came here as a child and we have had nothing but positive experiences with this place but I will never come back again and actively let every mom group in the area to avoid this office. I will not be quiet about the treatment we received here. Do not come. Even in emergency.
